The classic transfer season troll. Use something that is predictable to concoct an ITK encounter to create an outlandish transfer rumour.

A reddit troll did something similar. Used a sleeve sponsorship as a basis for a Griezmann transfer.

Right, not sure if this is the right place to post this but here goes, don't shoot the messenger.
Just bumped into my mate who works for a building company and he's been doing some work on Richard Arnold's house in Cheshire.
Last Monday my mate was talking to him about some building specs and he asked him if United were making any more signings this summer, Arnold told him we were renewing Fellaini's contract (this was before the announcement) and that we were buying a Barcelona player, but he wouldn't say who.
Not claiming to be ITK, just telling you what the brother told me, make of it what you will.

Paulinho

If true, why are we seemingly pushing for a player who’s not even keen on the idea of joining us? Could all just be rumours to gain interest though

Bonucci is a top defender but I wouldn’t choose him over the likes of Koulibaly etc. Experience is great but not when the player is just here for a final pay check. We need hungry players.

Darmain telling his Italian mate Bonucci about the pace of the EPL and physically, he would be found out in the league like Darmain.

Thank you Darmain.

Top bloke Darmian. I would take him over peak Roberto Carlos anytime.

I need a top red asap to spin how Salah committing his future to Liverpool while we have a few more years of Fellaini ahead of us is actually good.

Imagine we only sign 4 this year. Fridge, Dalot, Grant and Fellaini's new contract

I’d love me a bit of Thiago. Always slightly concerned when Bayern are selling though.
Last season he was injured 125 days, and played 19 matches where he started 12 of them. So they might be selling him because of his injury history. He might be good when he plays, but if his injury history is getting worse it would be smart to stay clear.

Doesn't signing a senior player like this to be 3rd choice GK take up a squad place?

Isn't that why the 3rd choice has always been an academy player over the last load of years since the PL rules were changed?
