Net, i.e. 220k a week in euros, counting as they do in the UK. He’s one of the top earners in the Serie A.

He's called Mahmoud Hassan. It's a nickname. One youth manager went on and called several young Egyptian players these nicknames, Trezeguet, Nedved, Beckham..etc and they all don't deserve it, neither looking or play style wise!

We don't know the detail. What we know is contract of proffesional footballers often run til the end of June, so perhaps it's similar in this case. Perhaps there are clauses that can only be triggered in July if negotiation between 2 clubs fails.

Or it could be Conte contract. Nobody wants to pay money to get Conte from Chelsea, so,Chelsea may be trying to negotiate the best deal to terminate his contract. Them signing Sarri before concluding that putting more pressure on them. We can only speculate at this point, but as many things in life, it's not always straight forward.

I wonder, does Bale really want to come to United? I doubt it. If he is promised more game time, he will certainly stay in Madrid. CR7 could leave. If that happens, Madrid will need Bale more. Willian, on the other hand is a massive Jose Mourinho fan. I suspect he will be delighted to leave the more 'unstable' Chelsea to be part of Jose's project at United. But will Chelsea let him move to United? This whole saga is just reving up.

Last Monday my mate was talking to him about some building specs and he asked him if United were making any more signings this summer, Arnold told him we were renewing Fellaini's contract (this was before the announcement) and that we were buying a Barcelona player, but he wouldn't say who.
