Why the feck did anyone actually think we were in for Griezmann this summer? Putting faith in some nonsense on reddit is embarrassing
 
Griezmann will tell all of us during the show that how hard it was for him to take the decision based on a lot of points,
he had to calculate and analyse and discuss everything with his lawyers and family and everyone,
this will probably go on for about an hour and then at then end he would say
*I have decided not to take a decision now, I will inform you in the future*
Then the second episode will come next week and this cycle will go on.
Crazy attention seeking going on!

If he had an ounce of sense he'd announce that he's moving to Barca, he's clearly pissed off Atletico fans with all his talk these past few months, I doubt they even want him to stay at this point.
 
Hmm weird that the transfer tweets have dried up as soon as the world cup kicks off. It's like the newspapers just write bollocks to fill space or something.

Of course. If you're some lowly football hack producing content for the website of one of the big papers and are contractually-obliged to file copy twice-a-day, what would you write about when there's no actual football on?

It's go with half-truths and rumours about transfers, or get fired. Those are your options.
 
Well, no Griezmann. If we're going to sign someone for the RW position I have a feeling we're monitoring Bale's situation, but otherwise it'll be a sleeper signing from Ribalta, which at this point I'd be more than happy with. Unknowns with a lot of potential have more to prove and far smaller egos to manage than the big names tossed around to fill that position for us this summer.
 
I'm at a genuine loss for words..... So I'll just leave a :lol: here.. . Interpret it anyway you like!!
 
Kane and Griezmann should open a club... but then again, they can't, of course, because they are somehow glued to their current clubs.

It'd be some brave management to make his first decision turfing out the guy who won them the cup!
 
I doubt we would delay our business and put ourselves at risk just to find out what Bale wants to do.
He doesn't want to play here.

We should rule ourselves out, the guy thinks we're just here to take him whenever Madrid are done with him, balls to that.

It was complete sarcasm obviously most of what they write is bullshit. Don't know why you got so defensive about it.
 
Juve are signing everyone this summer if you believe Twitter. Milinkovic-Savic, Golovin, Martial. I'd believe it if they weren't so tight arsed.

That's exactly what we seem to be doing, before the UCL it seemed like Sandro and Alderweireld were dead certs, now we don't have the funds for either and LB especially isn't a priority afterall? Whether it's Bale, Ronaldo or someone else our transfer plans seem to have changed in recent weeks

Would be stupid imo. Both aren't coming here. Bale is looking for more playing time.
 


Dries Mertens' release clause is set to expire at midnight on June 15th. PSG were previously interested, but now that the clause is expiring, other suitors may join in.
