Two chinese club want Sneijder. One of them is Beijing Guoan, the other unknown. Sneijder has a contrac till 2018 with a release clause of 7,5 million euros.

I'll give it one thing, China is going to be great craic on next years Football Manager!

No real surprise we're seeing a real exit of the mercenaries.

I'm surprised most of City's original crew aren't heading that way. Tevez has already. Nasri, Clichy and Toure next?

I don´t see Sevilla paying 25 m€ for Nasri, so could be reasonable, and Toure too, he always seemed very worried about money

What's interesting is Sevilla want Nasri on a permanent, while City will likely step up their interest in N'Zonzi after Fernandinho's red card.

"I want to go to Man United", "I want to go to Juve", "I want to go to Italy"... yeah
I really thought that Juve already had an agreement with him to join them this summer for free. Well, can't argue with money

According to Belgian/Italian media, Juventus had an offer of 6m euros accepted with Witsel offered a 4m euro a year wage, but he rejected for the 18m euro a year China will offer him.

Hard to blame him tbf

So much criticism about players going to China - but seriously, I would claim any player in his late 20s who isn't world-class, would be mad NOT to go to China with the money they are getting. And to use Witsel as an exampel - if he goes to China for 1 year - he will have made enough money to retire afterwards if he wants to. or he can go back and play for top european side afterwards.

It's not a ridiculous suggestion. Weve let far too much experience leave the club and underestimated the impact in the dressing room. Is he going to play every game? No. Is there a potential upside by bringing in a proven winner who is Utd mad? Yes.

Think of the instagram videos he and Pogba would make. It's a no brainer.

Id take him back in a heartbeat even if its just for cup games in the locker room hed be immense. love love love uncle pat.

I would take evra without question. Do people seriously think darmian, rojo or blind are better defenders at left back then evra? He's still a decent player. Would certainly bring more attacking quality compared to darmian or shaw, that's for sure. Plus his good link up play. The experience and leadership he'll bring is the most valuable part though. Could teach Shaw a thing or two about playing for United and the attitude required.

I don't think you'd send that article to print if you hadn't have heard a few fairly concrete whispers.

As back up to Shaw for a little while, perhaps. But he wasn't good enough to be a regular when he left, in truth.

Hednesford are my 'other' team. He's got everything going for him to be an absolute star. Pace to burn, box of tricks and doesn't back out of anything.

Interesting to see what the fee is going to be, probably going to be the quickest the club has made money considering he only signed in the summer from even lower down the pyramid.

The article says around £40,000. That money would be very welcome at a team like Hednesford, I'd imagine.

If true (big if) it's a great amount of money for a free signing that has been at the club for 6 months. Can use a few grand of it to get Paul Merson into the club and rest can be his bid for Marcus Rashford.
