The tweet is exciting, but the article is pretty underwhelming to be honest.

Basically Monaco have rejected our offer of 85 million euros for Mbappe, who's keen to join Real Madrid and we were interested in Nainggolan a few months ago, but he wants to stay at Roma.

At least we are going for the right players. A lot can happen till September.

The Mbappe things sounds like the start of the Pogba saga last summer

Mbappe is the one transfer I'd bet money on not happening for us this summer. Too many things about it don't make sense.

- He's 18, and if we spend that kind of money, he's a nailed on first teamer and I don't see Jose pinning all of his goal-scoring hopes on an 18yr old, it isn't how Jose has ever operated.

- It's a lot of money to spend on an 18yr old, especially when we broke the record last summer and are still waiting for that player to hit his true form.

- He seems besotted with Real Madrid.

I'd bet a lot of money on him staying at Monaco and joinign Real next summer.

Fabinho, on the other hand!

!
Exactly, I think the fact that Mourinho brought in Zlatan rather than putting faith in our top goalscorer from the previous season suggests he is reluctant to pin his hopes on an young player.

And rightly so, IMO - its too much pressure.

Zlatan contributed almost 30 goals this season - Jose will know that unless we sign someone who can take on that goal-scoring responsibility, we're in trouble. I don't see him banking on a youngster to do this

Guys does anything me have that comprehensive list of football journalists that Reddit had? I've just cleared out my twitter and I'm ready to add them all for the summer. I'm sad I know lol.

Also, I just seen that Duncan Castles follows Vincent Rodriguez? I thought he wasn't a real account?

Milan should just take it slow, this seems like a good start. Their next move should be getting Deulofeu on a permanent deal.

He definitely isn't.

These SportWitness articles are always so horribly written and the headlines such clickbait, even if they still try to maintain their level-headedness in the article itself. I used to find them quite decent but they've become absolutely unreadable garbage.

Sanchez will end up at Chelsea and looks like our best bet of getting a quality striker would be Belotti since he fits Mourinho's mould as well as no one is really in the market for him.

Sanchez is a magnificent player but his attitude stinks and I wouldn't want him for that reason. You need your best players fighting when the chips are down not sulking.

I think he compounded the problems at Arsenal with the way seemed to start to playing up to the image of being the only one that was trying on the pitch.

Some would argue that he actually has a great attitude.

Doesn't settle for mediocrity and wants to be winning or at least challenging for all trophies.

By throwing his toys out of the pram and sulking? A real winner would fight to drag his team forward.

I've not personally see him throw any toys out of the pram and start sulking. What event(s) are you talking about in particular?

If you mean on the pitch, even Ronaldo did that during his time at United and still does at Madrid. Could just be seen as a winners mentality.

Every time I've watched Sanchez play for Arsenal he is always 110% committed.
