I'd rather have no tweets about us than ones linking us with Vardy and Hernandez.

The day started with Sanchez rumours and are ending with Vardy rumours. Exquisite.

Linked with Vardy now, that's a new one. That'll not go down well with the masses.

This probably won't go down well, but I'm gonna be honest -

I'd ruddy love Vardy here, I think he'd do really well in this current Utd side!

This forward would be fecking electric...

------Vardy-------Martial----

The Sanchez stuff is just agent/citeh bullshit so just forget it and don't let it drag down your opinions on realistic transfers.

Seems to be quiet on that front at the moment.
Its a weird one, im convinced Arsenal only put that 92mill bid in last summer to placate their fans and Monaco just went this is silly money and we'll take it. (Cue Arsenal panicking excuses)
Prior to that they wouldn't go above 50mill and all reports this window indicate Monaco will sell at 60mill. No brainer tbh

That's very informative regarding Arsenal's seemingly 'failed' bid and the events that followed. Thank you.

I suppose I would therefore follow up by asking regardless of the size of the fee do you think he would be a good signing for Liverpool?

Absolutely at 60mill, plays on the left of a midfield three and out wide too, he's not in coutinho's ballpark but he's a damn fine player with potential to improve. Fits in well stylistically and is more a creator/ pass and move player than a dribbler.

Vardy would be a superb signing for us.
Pogba would get fecking loads of assists.

Can't believe people want Vardy after his antics during the 5-3. Also he blows hot and cold.

If we sign that horrible racist Vardy that’s me finished with this United team.

What kind is scatter gun panic transfer strategy is this? Reeks of short termism.

Vardy would be a clever signing IMO; his pace would be useful on the counter in Mourinho's big game approach, he scores goals and his tenacity would unsettle European defences. Zlatan is dead, so more depth is needed up front.

I'd send Rashford the other way on loan for 18 months; he's in a bad place at the minute, a natural culmination after a couple of seasons playing all over the place. He wouldn't be a great miss short term, but long term the benefits of him spending the next 18 months as Leicester's number 9 would be huge.

I don't buy that Utd would have no interest in Sanchez whatsoever. If there actually is nothing in this story Mourinho will say so in his press conference today. If he goes to City I get it but tbh I'd rather we try and lose rather than not try at all. Considering Mkhitaryan's name has been brought up I find it hard to believe the club wouldn't make a statement denying that unless there had been genuine discussions involving him.

RE: Ornstein story and no Utd mention, I find it strange that Simon Stone mentions both Pep and Jose in this tweet in relation to Sanchez. If we have no interest then why would he mention Jose?

Paul First (Times) mentioned our interest as well.

9 goals in 21 league matches for Leicester is woeful ?

He'll not get anywhere near the amount of space to run into as he does for Leicester, good player for the right club, but the only games he'd be useful in for us would be Liverpool, Arsenal and City.

That news story about us enquiring about Vardy and Hernandez is a bit weird isn't it? It doesn't say what the nature if the enquiry was though. I'm going to go with 'Who is your most annoying player?'

I so hope Sanchez signs for Utd just to shut people like this and other arrogant City fans the feck up.
I was listening to City fans on Talksport speaking about this yesterday and my god they are getting arrogant. As though we are nobody. How times change. They are no longer the loveable losers. They will soon have to learn what it is like to be hated.
