€30 million + Joao Mario otherwise double that fee. Tried bending us over for Perisic, time to repay the favour.
They can have Mikhi if Perisic comes this way for a reduced fee or they can go fly a kite.

Is it not about time we fleece other clubs for players? Why can't United do the fleecing? Does Woodward not have any balls?

Then there's this:

Makes sense as they allegedly wanted to include Joao Mario. They sure want a lot of players for a club with no money to spend.

€30m.

And the rest! Tight cnuts.

Did you hear about Gabriel Paulista, El Neny? This is classic Arsenal. Buy a nobody player who people expect to be a star but will be a nobody in the end

Gabriel is quite good for Valencia, the language was a big problem for him at Arsenal and you can't compare Elneny and Gabriel to Mavropanos. Don't know him of course, but it's now Mislitants scouting, he already scouted him for Dortmund.

Like I said, get a DoF then. Somebody with football experience/knowledge is the only person who should be disagreeing with Mourinho on matters of which specific players to sign, and not a bunch old men who know nothing about the sport and come from completely unrelated working backgrounds.

If you have Ed Woodward and the Glazers telling Mourinho he can't sign Danny Rose as they don't think he's good enough or fits the team, you might as well have them picking the starting XI FFS.

We have recruited the new bosses for Cheif Scout, the Head of Global Scouting in 2016 and they will play a ‘significant role’ in United’s transfer business and will oversee which players are targeted alongside Jose Mourinho. However, 7/8 players transfer business has been a good signing for United in the last two transfer window summer compared to LVG and Moye's season. If they thought Danny Rose is not enough good then don't bother, what's point of buying him if he's not good enough, surely, there'd be better LB than him in the market which United probably want to get one and don't want to miss out opportunity.

Isn't a Chinese side signing Bakambu from Villarreal or is that different?
It's a Chinese club. Money is invested in a Chinese business(but yes, Chinese clubs aren't going to be quite as active anymore for that reason. Basically the chinese government doesn't look favourably on investing money into football unless they deem it useful to the advancement of the sport domestically)

Looks like mahrez is done to some place, but where? Maybe to pool as replacement for coutinho or arsenal as replacement for Sanchez/ozil?

I thought Joao Mario was a side midfielder. Has he changed to become predominately a central midfielder?

Google translated it and it reads fairly well. It just says that United can recall Pereira this month due to the midfield injury crisis and that Valencia are unsure on his future. It does also quote what Pereira said a few months ago, that he wants to stay at Valencia until the end of the season.
Imo, his crossing ability is superior to virtually everyone in our squad, bar maybe Young. So, given that a lot of his recent games has seen him play as a right winger, if he's re-called, he could get some decent game time in the second half of the season for us.

Think we might be doing this seeing shaw's form and Young is a good backup while we can also develop either of them, although shaw is very young himself and might still turn out great.
I think focus has also shifted to a midfielder and a winger, duncan castles hinted it in his podcast, similar reporting has been done by ducker (preparing 25 million bid). Jorginho/Weigl would cost about 40-50 million each.
