Guys, come on, it's clear as day that Griezmann is going to Barca
The vacant #7 shirt, Barca players publicly tapping Griezmann up everything points to this being a done deal

Suárez in an interview. It sounds like it's done "Make proud that they bring players of that quality, like Antoine,as Coutinho and Dembelé. He is welcome because he doesn't come to take the place from anyone but with the ambition of wanting to win important things."

If nobody leaves as this imples, how do they all fit into the line up?

To the people who think TFM can be a good option at RB for us next year, what exactly are the qualities TFM has to play for a club which aims to win the PL?
He is fast and physical good but his crossing and cutbacks are poor;defensively his positioning is poor and often has to rely on his pace to recover.
So right now he is a defensively poor Valencia.
Now I like the kid and I can see the potential, but by no means is he ready to be back up RB to a 33 year old with injury problems.

IMO he needs another loan where he gets to play more than he has done at Palace.
He has played well in few matches for Palace but he has had some poor performances too.
I hope, for his sake and our sake that he is sent in a loan next year

Personally think he is a far better centre back than right back for pretty much the exact qualities you list. I dont get the Valencia slating I am seeing though, think he has done well there and of all the positions we really need players replacing next season at least, that is one of the last ones. As cover and a long term option, I know he is only just breaking through and coming from the bench mainly, but one player in the premiership I think has huge potential is the one actually taking TFMs place.....Wan Bissaka, be interested to see how he develops next season

Which leg are they bidding for?

I know the transfer market has inflated and he obviously has a lot of talent......but how is Martial worth anywhere near what you may be suggesting with how he has performed for us since we signed him? His best games were in the first season....as a striker. It appears we are never going to play him consistently in that position so I say selling him is best for both us and him. Wouldnt be surprised to see him go on and turn into a striker worth the type of money you are suggesting elsewhere like De Bruyne and Mo Salah....but he certainly isnt worth anything like those kind of fees with us at the moment.

I would get O Dembele on a loan with an option to buy him if Griezmann goes to Barca. Dembele would be a great option for the RW and it looks like Martial is probably gonna be shown the door. I just don't think the players are motivated by Mourinho anymore. Almost 95% of the time this season, we've started in a slugglish manner. I honestly think we need a change in management. Mourinho may win us trophies but I seriously think that our players need some optimism in the dressing room. The personalities of Mourinho and most of our players don't jive and getting rid of them is NOT the answer to our problems. Think about it... Conte just bought Kante and won the league straight off the bat and won the league. Yes, Kante was the major piece of the puzzle but the majority of the team was the same. We've got a really good team and we need couple additions but I think any other manager with an attacking mindset would work wonders.

Mourinho needs to go. It's plain and simple. Pogba, Martial, Rashford, Sanchez are players with world-class potential and all of them are underperforming. Getting rid of them is not the answer. It's plain and simple. Mourinho has his favorites in the team and that's not how you manage. Yes, he's won a lot and all but this is 2018 and players these days need positive reinforcement rather than being slated in public to motivate them.

Fergie was best at that as he would use hairdryer with Rooney but would put an arm around Nani to get them to achieve their best.

In fairness , none of us have any idea what Jose and his staff have said to these players behind the scenes, and what they may or may not have tried in an effort to develop and motivate them. I do know, however, that several of them have displayed the same inconsistency and lack of “fire” under previous managers as well. We have too many passengers and not enough drivers.

I’m not excusing Jose altogether, as he needs to be better as well, but I completely reject the notion that professional athletes need a manager to get them motivated to play matches. Jose is absolutely responsible for picking the lineups and tactics, and he needs to be answerable for that (particularly the latter). Players, however, need to act like professionals and motivate themselves. It’s a fallacy to think that managers deliver a big “rah rah” speech to players before every match to get them fired up and ready to play. That’s not how it works. Many of these players need to look at themselves in the mirror and grow up. If they’re not prepared and ready to play for the the shirt, their teammates, themselves and the fans, regardless of what Jose does before and after matches, then I’m happy for them to be moved on, regardless of how talented they may be.

Cause Mourinho left him a title winning squad. Not that hard to understand right? Can same be said about LVG? Look at the Squad Mourinho is going to leave when the next manager comes in.

What exactly points you to say that Rashford has World class potential? If this is your definition of WC, where do you put Mbappé?

Yeah it’s all Jose fault that players like Martial play like a hotdog yesterday. And Jose built Conte’s team, Kante wasn’t any more of a clog than Costa Hazard or Courtius that season to be fair but he was quality as well so not knocking him.
Plus think Conte Klopp and Poch haven’t won more recently than our manager.

150M+Dembele for Neymar.

Tuchel+Dembele, Neymar+Barca.

:nervous:

Knowing him, I wouldn´t be surprised. If there is money there are chances to sign Neymar, but he has already played with Messi, now he wants to know the other part :p

Steve Bates: Manchester United plot huge £80m Chelsea transfer swap of Willian-plus-cash for Anthony Martial.
United would want £40m cash from Chelsea as Mourinho values Martial at £80m in current market conditions, with Willian worth £40m.

Simon Mullock: Manchester City line up £50m transfer raid for Matthijs de Ligt to be Vincent Kompany's successor.

Knew it wouldn't be long before one of the papers came up with that.

This one is obvious.

Now let's see how highly Chelsea rate Willian. I don't think they would part with 40m + Willian for Martial though.

Bullshit.

We can’t be that stupid signing another 29 year old.

Mike Mcgrath from the Sun saying we agreed an 80m deal for Milinkovic-Savic... No idea who he is and it's more then likely complete bull as obviously it's the Sun, so not bothering to link the tweet, but they tweeted it for anyone who wants to look.

Lol is this even remotely possible?

Surely he would prefer a team at his disposal, but his return to Barcelona seems impossible, so it's Madrid, Paris or England. Personally I would be surprised to see him in Paris next year, no matter how rich and proud the sheikhs are. It is also true that José Felix Díaz writes a lot of nonsense
