I had the feeling that he would be an Arsenal signing but it could just as easily be Liverpool. Would be surprised if he wasn't at either of those two clubs come September.
He will probably replace Keita at Leipzig.

Juventus? They love a free transfer and desperately need some upgrades in central midfield.

Despite the backing of RedBull, I´m not sure how far they are willing to expand their wage structure. They´d probably have to make Meyer their highest paid player, and good luck selling that to Forsberg and Werner.

He's also been mentioned as one of the Buli players Tuchel could bring to Paris.

Smart signing from them. They've got a good group of young players.

Apparently Madrid wanted him for Castilla, as well as Barcelona, but logically he chose to play. After Vinicius and Paulinho, we'll see who gets the signing of Rodrygo and Lincoln

Why don't we ever target the signing of such players? He looked a cracking player at U17 WC.

Yeah. Although Madrid and Barcelona are much higher profile clubs, Leverkusen is much better for him to develop, possible faster route into the national team and in a few years time could see him get a great offer if all goes well. There is a decent chance of Leverkusen having Champions League football next season too but Hoffenheim are currently in better form and only two points behind with three games to go.

He has been linked with Arsenal and the President of his old club had this to say
“Caglar Soyuncu is going to the Premier League. He will be there next season, there are big clubs after him"
And also some call him the Turkish Puyol
That's everything I got from a quick Google search

Don't really think we can fit in another young CB.
We have Bailly, Lindelof already with TFM ( who I believe is better as a CB ), Tuanzebe coming back from loan.
The only CB we should be buying is someone top class and experienced but if our scouts feel this guy or that guy from Sevilla are going to be world class in the future, maybe we can make space for one by selling Rojo

Where's that wee freak's post that wanted Rooney back?

Hahahahahaha!

I did drugs!

He's more well known for having the inside scoop on city transfers, but I certainly hope he's right with this one. Best CB in the league when fit and on form.

We have Smalling, Jones, Bailly, Lindelof, Rojo and Tuanzebe on the books for next season. I can't imagine that we'd sign Toby without letting Tuanzebe spend another year out on loan and selling one of the others.

Not exactly beyond the realm of possibility. Think Tuanzebe is pretty certain to go out on loan again and I can see us selling Jones due to his fitness record if we have a top replacement coming in.

Why doesn't United have a Journalist with inside info?
City have Sam Lee, Arsenal have Ornstein, Chelsea have Matt Law similarly Liverpool has someone too
Who is our guy with inside info?

Simon Stone reports stuff 10 minutes before conformation by the club, Delaney doesn't have a clue, Ogden is hit and miss same with Castles.
I guess Luckhurst has a few connections and has got a few exclusives right like the Matic transfer.
But we don't have anyone with info like Same Lee has, he knows City's entire transfer plan and is spot on every time.
Why doesn't the biggest club in England have such a guy
