Auba, Mkhi, Laca, Ozil, Kolasinac and Wilshere (when fit) is actually a great group of players to build a team around. You'd think Arsenal would challenge or be thereabouts if they had a half decent manager. Reckon Ancelotti would do fine with that lot.
All of them have question marks, either in terms of ability, attitude, fitness or whether they're staying (Ozil) in my opinion.
