Yes but he hasn't been a regular at Juve, and can also get a payrise moving clubs. So he may want to.
Aye, but I'm thinking, why doesn't he tell Madrid to do one, tell Juve he'll reject Madrid's contract if they sell him for 30-33m, and then get a bigger signing on fee himself? Feck Madrid, Juve get a better deal, he gets a better deal, destination club get a better deal.

Why can't Morata tell Madrid to feck off, surely a buy-back clause can only be activated if the player agrees to a contract with the club buying him back?
There's a clause in the contract between Real and Juventus that if Juventus sell Morate before 2017 (IIRC), they have to pay €80m to Real Madrid.

French media are a joke tbh.
Neymar / Ronaldo / Messi / Griezmann all in one summer.
Ridiculous. Look at me! Look at me! We're important too!!
I remember people saying exactly that during the Di Maria saga last year, but I don't think Griezmann will join Paris anyway.

Signing a struggling player from England isn't the same as ( reportedly ) preparing bids for all these elite players.

Can't believe Arsenal will get Kante and Xhaka, no way

Seems a bit daft of Juve if that's true.
I don't disagree but it seems to be true. The contract is somewhere on Football Leaks where the media got their information from.

Will this finally be the year that Arsenal sign the handful of right players that will make them title contenders? Probably not

Well PSG are looking for elite players to replace Zlatan, the media all over Europe are just doing their job reporting it. It's the same with all the other ambitious clubs.

James and Ibra/Griezmann would be fecking great.

Muppet:

Ibra
Martial - Mata - James
Schneiderlin - Herrera
Shaw - Mensah - Smalling - Darmian
De Gea

Rest:Romero, Bojack, Rojo, Blind, BFS, Januzaj, Lingard, Memphis, Pereira, Rashford
Add a new defender and a new midfielder and we are laughing.

Maybe because his agent will get 2 transfer fees out of it?

Bernardo Silva is talented but looks like a gust of wind would blow him over. What says the Caf's #1 Portugueezer? @Sly

Sorry for late reply, been busy. I have to be honest, i haven't followed him much this year. I did watch him last year and he was quality. I think (from what i've read) that he was less exuberant and productive this season. Having said that he is a quality player, technically very good and like the reports say, with very good work rate. I'd worry about the physical aspects but there have been players over the years with the same type of physical caractheristics with reasonable careers in the Premier League. I dunno if he's ready to move to a club of United's stature though. He has one very good year at Mónaco, some decent stints in our national team but the rest is an average year and two seasons at Benfica B. Perhaps he should progress one more year under Leonardo Jardim guidance at Mónaco.

James as a number 10 and a new right winger would be even better. We also need a new midfielder and a center-back. Badly.

For what? He is 34 and on his way out. He would be a short term investment with very little yield for us.
Could have said the same about RvP when we signed him and that transfer was well worth it. If, and yes there is uncertainty, if he can take on the goal scoring burden and spearhead the attack for a few seasons whilst Rashford develops whilst simultaneously bringing in his arrogance and winning mentality to the dressing room then id say that would be a high yield.

There isn't even that much risk involved, we can afford his daft wages and we wouldn't be paying a fee, the contract length would be rather small I'd imagine so if it doesn't work out we can sell him to the MLS or far east relatively easily.

Not yet. He's one of the best strikers on the planet and imagine having that instead of Wayne Rooney or Marcus Rashford up top. Even if he gives us two good years, it will be a really great deal for us.

Goal scoring burden, spearhead the attack, mentor the younger players? How much can a man take? While also improving the dressing room chemistry. Let's not forget he will cost us a shitloads of dough. Is there anything else you would like to add to the list?

About Laporte ^

Balague is also saying Chelsea are after Higuain and he'd likely cost 48 million euros, which would pave the way for Costa's return to Atletico Madrid. Higuain is apparently seriously considering the move.

48m euros for Higuain? I'd have thought he would fetch more to be honest

I see the summer tweets are now in full swing. Good times!
I consider pulling some stats at the end of the transfer window how many tweets here were spot on and how many were shite. :D I'd be surprised if more than 5% of claimed transfers come to fruition.

Why? he is 30 years old and not the best striker around. Think 40m pounds is a good sum.

28. Still overpriced, though. He's one of the biggest bottlers around.

Wonder why Arsenal aren't in for him.

Higuain is amazing, no idea how you can downplay his ability. 35 goals in 41 appearances this year for Napoli. Only 28. Would be an excellent signing for either (or us).

Personally I think We will get Ibra, and go 1 of Griezmann or James (James the more likely) and I am sure we are In for Mahrez.

Midfield.. Rooney always starts so he has to go in. Mourinho might try and play him in the Lampard role or in the Cesc role in a 4231. Depending if Carrick puts pen to paper we might not even sign another midfielder. If we did I hope it Saul. Most likely be André Gomes.

We need a CB seen links of Naldo, Manolas, Varane, Mustafi mentioned, any of those will do. Also I think a RB might be needed if Valencia/Young gets sold. I like the look of Villareals Mario Gasper, he also scored a stunning volley vs England in a friendly.

Rojo, Fellaini, Jones, Valdes, possibly Valencia or Young will go, Januzaj might too. I hope Juan and Herrera get given a chance under Mourinho but it could be the end of 1 of those 2, more likely Mata even though he has at times been our best player.

Martial - Ibra - Mahrez
James - Rooney
Schniederlin
Shaw - Mustafi - Smalling - Mario Gasper

After the last two summers i understood that it doesn't matter who we sign. If the manager is not working, players won't help us.

because he's a complete c*nt at Napoli. Has ago at all his team mates when they feck up, but when he bottles it, goes quiet. He can stay there thanks.

He's definitely one of the best strikers around that's not at a massive club, and therefore is probably available to us. At 28 I think he still has one big move and contract, and his goal scoring record is difficult to ignore - he's scored almost 1 in 2 internationally. I'd have him valued at around £50m, although he's only got two years left on his contract so £40m is probably fair.

That'd be interesting but probably not worth the time :)

Ye, i'd say less than 1 in 20 for sure. 1 in 51,7 is my guess.

James - Rooney
Schniederlin
That's terrible. Not overly keen on James but i'm sure he could turn out to be a great signing. That'd surely mean him as a ten in 4231. Rest of the lineup looks fine apart from Rooney, Gaspar might be a decent punt.
