Not a tweet, but:

NO UNITED INTEREST IN STERLING

Sky sources understand that Liverpool forward Raheem Sterling is not on Manchester United’s radar and they have no plans to sign him.

Reports on Thursday claimed United had made an enquiry over the prospect of signing the 20-year-old, but Sky believes that not to be the case.

Sky sources also understand that Gareth Bale’s availability this summer will dictate whether United attempt to buy the Real Madridwinger.

Yeah, thanks for that @YouOnlyLiveTwice. The article finishes in an interesting way:

Bale is not on manager Louis Van Gaal's current list of targets but it is understood if United were given the impression that the Spanish club were prepared to do business they would find the necessary funds to bring the Welshman to Old Trafford.

Similar to the Di Maria situation then. Madrid made it known they're keen to sell and we stepped up. Can see this dragging on though.

it's good to know that the pursue of Bale won't delay our other transfer targets, he is just a player we will have to buy if available and if not we still have the players we need.

I don't see how it's a needs must at all, there are lots of CM's out there who aren't 31 in 2 months time and haven't spent a lot of the last two seasons injured.

Liverpool cancel Raheem Sterling meeting after agent Aidy Ward outlines his agenda in advance. Story here http://goo.gl/43RwRG #lfc

I would quite like to have seen that agenda.

(1) Exchange pleasantries, handshakes and wanker signs.
(2) Make paper aeroplanes out of Liverpool contract offers and throw them at Rodgers.
(3) Discuss transfer to Man United whilst pointing firearm at Ian Ayre.
(4) Prank call Jamie Carragher.
(5) Take a shit on the table.
(6) Leave.

Nainggolan has been excellent for Roma since he came. Energetic box to box player, have a nice shot on him and dribble, can put a shift defensively too, runs all game long, never gives up. Onle negative is he can rush into tackles sometimes cause he's too enthusiastic.

A version of Herrera but more energetic and more crazy Herrera. :)

Fun fact, his twin sister also plays for Roma:

It's bullshit. That report says United are closing in on a £15m swoop for Nainggolan. Maybe double that and you might get a response from Roma.

Roma owns half of Radja and Cagliari owns the other, they need to buy Cagliari's part all while battling with FFP, much of it comes down to if Roma qualifys for CL. With that being said 25-30m is probably the right price to get him.

£15m? Not a cat in hells chance. Have they sorted our his ownership issues out yet? Isn't he part owned by another club?
