In the article linked in the Delay thread it mentions his agent (Kees Ploegsma?) When you google that name it looks very much like the chap in the middle of that photo. Is that his agent?

Looked the source up and it's true what the tweet says. I don't know how reliable "der Westen" is though.
Bullshit. They aint getting him for that cheap.
He is a hot talent but I think that is mostly down to his goal record. I actually think that most United fans wouldn't even want him if it wasn't for his goal tally this season. Whenever I've watched him play he just doesn't have the same x factor that Hazard had at Lille, For example Hazard already had excellent dribbling ability and scored quite a lot of goals as well. Other people have watched him way more than me though.
All in all, I think he is worth a punt especially considering a lot of top clubs are after him, for about £22million (I think) it would be worth it. Best case scenario he becomes a world class wide player, worst case he becomes a decent squad player who we can sell for a decent enough fee.
What people dont realize is the amount he has improved in the past 2 years. Hazard was being touted as a great talent for quite a few years, ever since he was 17 or 18 clubs were after him. Memphis had attitude problems. Its only the last 24 months where he has really rose to prominence. He has a very good league last year and then did well at the World Cup and had a tremendous season this time around.
