cancelo is always behind barragan in the pecking order. havent since much of him because of that. But he seems gifted and quite confident on the ball. For now thought the only person we should be signing from Valencia is Otamendi. Hes the best defender in la liga and probably at par with mascherano with 1v1 defending.

Memphis Depay hasn't rejected PSG their offer instantly, he's been to Paris to hear the plans from PSG.
Manchester United and Liverpool have also shown interest. The line between van Gaal and Marcel Brands (PSV) is a short one (the deal can be done quick just like with Blind) and the scouting from United have approved Memphis. Liverpool wants to join in aswell but so far have the most hesitation from all the clubs. The asking price of 25m Euro won't be a problem for the interested clubs.
I'm not convinced he'll leave his current club for a club with a single different consonant. He's United bound.
