Possibly not. It's a big move for him this summer. He needs to get it right and go somewhere where he's first choice, wherever it is.

I reckon we'd sell him relatively cheap. He's only got a year left on his contract. Last season was the time to sell him to cash in if we wanted rid, though I imagine we got a decent loan fee from Madrid.

Why are people worried? This was wrapped up months ago. Just seems to me Bayern are hastily showing their hand after our interest was made official. We have the upper hand now, its Pep / Thiago mentor advantage reversed in our favour.
Yep, I'm unusually relaxed and confident that we'll get this one done for that reason.

Wrapped up personal terms and a commitment from the player. Lastly there is a fee to be agreed. It would be in the interests of PSV to leak these stories so it looks very much like a sellers market.

He probably would as he has more quality than what he's shown this year. The trouble is we are best in a one striker setup with Rooney alone up front, and with RvP also in the mix, the odds of us signing him for something like 50m are quite low. I'd rather keep RvP as backup with Wilson as 3rd choice.
Not true. They've got a gentlemans agreement with Memphis. They've told his management that he can go for for 25m+ Euro, they will accept these bids. After this it's up to Memphis to decide where he goes. This has been officially reported by Eindhovens Dagblad, they've got their own PSV watcher Rik Elfrink - they're reliable.
Bayern Munchen showed interest last year, same goes for Tottenham. PSG bid last januari when he wasn't for sale. Liverpool, PSG, Bayern Munchen and us are in for his signature at the moment. I'm still sure he would choose for van Gaal.
