Yeah as a straight swap for Di Maria, I'd happily take Veratti as long as we also bring in some quality on the wings. I could just see Veratti absolutely thriving under Van Gaal, the thought of him linking up with Herrera and Mata is just

He's actually quite reliable, more so than a lot of people really, I think he just speculates a little too often.

That's my issue with him, he speculates and rants a lot too. With him having a radio show where former United players appear on, he'll know a bit but I'm not a fan.

De Bruin is unbanned but that doesn't mean every page has to be spammed up with each tweet he posts. He's one of many out there with something to offer.

Apparently rumors are going around that we have agreed a £18.6m fee for Firmino, i'm at my parents house at the minute and can't check anywhere.
Anything on Twitter?

You nearly got me
Anyone who bites on that has'nt watched him play, he could/should be a very special player, I have followed his games on MUTV whenever I can and he certainly impress's, it's just a matter (or Mata) of time before he gets a chance, can't see him hanging around for too long unless he starts playing 1st team.

What is Palmer's bullshitometer like?

Is that a real article? Terribly written.

Manchester United believe have 'tentative agreements' in place to sign Borussia Dortmund defender Mats Hummels and PSV Eindhoven winger Memphis Depay, the Sunday World can reveal
It doesn't even make sense.

Sources in Holland have told us that Depay (as he might like in a Man Utd shirt) also
before showing a shopped pic of Depay in a Utd shirt.

It's probably already been said, but I'll say it anyway. Based on Hummels' interview with Kicker last week, many Dortmund fans believe he will leave this summer for us.

Incredibly high I would say.Honestly can't recall any genuine catches he has made.He specialises in writing speculative articles like this one that are largly based on whos popular with the media at the moment.

Indeed a bit of nonsense, although Dutch media have written a while back:
'According to people in Memphis' surroundings it's almost certain he will play in a Manchester United shirt next season'

http://www.vi.nl/premium-promo/memphis-moet-nog-steeds-een-stap-zetten-1.htm (official Dutch football magazine, 100% trustworthy)

So they might finally had someone who read that, it's a 2 week old article.

Word went round during the Klassiker between Bayern & Dortmund that Hummels is 'certain to leave the German side this summer'. Loves the Premier League and is an admirer of Louis van Gaal.

Would love the window to pan out something like this.

IN: Hummels, Depay, dani alvez on a free and a central midfielder like veratti/strootman(if recovered)/Pogba(who knows).
OUT: Evans, Cleverely, Falcao, Powell, hernandez and an assortment of loans.

Hummels and Memphis were is big news?

 No way I can see LvG wanting him and certainly not on those wages.

Khediera would be a great signing. Been saying it for a while, and on a free. Obviously them wages are highly inflated and I can't see anybody paying them but a very good defensive / box to box midfielder

He's a bit dense tactically and not an upgrade on Fellaini, I can't see any point in adding players that are not going to enhance our options and merely offer the same level.

No Khedira please. He wouldnt get past Herrera or Fellaini, so whats the point? Adding numbers in midfield is a bit useless, especially Khedira isnt really suited to our passing game. Technically, he isnt the best either. He is ok, but i dont see him really adding something we miss. He is slow and injury prone, still decent enough, but not good enough for a top club. Schalke is his level.
