They paid about £18 million for him, and 30 million euros is about £22 million. So not much difference really.
But surely his market value has dipped by a fair bit, he's not exactly shone at Chelsea. Granted he's not been given too many opportunities to do so.
He might move to Wolfsburg but it won't be for that much. It was the same with De Bruyne, apparently Wolfsburg bid 35m but in the end he moved for 22m €.
