He's in my opinion often underrated in these drafts, but I really would love to have him as an inside left in my team, even if it meant to give up on the López - Crespo attack. Well, we'll see later how much I have to pay for him, if you come back for him .

There are just two top strikers in this draft in Ronaldo and Messi and either I can't get Messi until the final then Ronaldo is clearly the best second optionn. Or I can get Messi and I'd probably still keep a tight grip on Ronaldo even if it meant having him on the bench even. Of course I will probably just play Messi as an inside right in that case I think.

Long sustained brilliant career at the top after an early peak. Same happens with Raúl, who also went for 25M, and Giggs to a certain extent even on Redcafe.

If you are going to peak early you'd better get injuries making people ask what if, or party away your ability to perform. Go find me a Brazilian superstar who spent 10-15 years at the same club. Actually, you could say that about Bobby C., and is he not underrated considering he was -by a mile- the best leftback of his generation? I've had issues with him in the past, particularly regarding how the rest of the defence sets up, but it's funny to see the likes of Cole and Zambrotta seen as just one tier below.

Point is, over time your average form becomes your standard so being a good professional over an extnded period damages your prospects of greatness.
