Weird stuff. With your shortage of players even one or two loan deals would make sense while you're fighting for a top 4 spot. You'll have to buy players in the Summer anyway, why not do it now when it can potentially earn you millions in return if you qualify for CL?
From a business point of view, getting business done ASAP is the smart option. It would be nice to have a bit of excitement on a deadline though. We are Manchester United, we should be the ones stealing the show.
