Television Trailer Park Boys

This is literally the best show ever. I discovered it thanks to the Caf too. It took me a few episodes to get into it, but once you get it, you love it.
 
Loved it! Looking forward to the new series.

The live in Dublin one was a bit Meh....

Come on, man. That's no effort at all. I think the show is a perfect combination of English and American humour.

Pretty funny movie, probably my least favourite of the lot though.
 
takes a few episodes to get into it, and once you watch it baked it suddenly makes perfect sense. amazing tv
 
Started watching this show 5 days ago. On the 5th season at the moment.


This is the best fecking show ever.
 
Just finished the last season. I think it started a little slow and it seemed like they'd lost some the flow and dynamic between the three main characters. They've also dropped some of the more enjoyable characters, like Trevor and Ray, and J-Roc is way too little involved. They also introduced a new one which I personally didn't think fit in that well to begin with.

Around half way I think it settled, and it finished pretty good. Of all their seasons I think it might be the weakest though. Or maybe on level with season 4-5 or something, there was one around that time which didn't have the same high standards as the rest of the show. I'd give it 7/10 due to the slow start. It reminds me a little of when Futurama was brought back after a long period of time, they had almost completely lost the touch which made the show one of the best ever.

I grew up in a part of town with people like that. I watch the series and laugh hysterically

Only Ray was really missing this time round, Trevor had already been dropped after Season 6. Jacob was better than the alien feck twins though.

True. But I think Corey and Trevor was a better match than Corey and Jacob. I liked the concept of Jacob being the head of those two feck twins. I guess Phil Collins and the psycho brother also spiced things up a little, but that wouldn't have worked since "Collins" died in real life.
 
Just binged through 8 seasons of this and now have the specials to look forward to. It's an amazing show and one of thebest comedies I've seen. It's the Canadian 'It's Always Sunny', which is high praise from me. (I meant in terms of humour - no idea which came first)

And season 8 was a definite improvement on season 7 imo.
 
Have any of you seen Trailer Park Boys : Legalize it ?

Released in 2014, I think it is my favorite special. Also I'd be headed to see them live in February in LA. Can't wait :D
 
What are they doing with all this swearnet malarky? They hinted earlier in the week that they were releasing some material that will bridge seasons 8 and 9...not sure if you have to be signed up to swearnet or not to access it though
