Television Top Gear

Brilliant episode. The narrating that Clarkson is doing now was done in the last month, unpaid. Shows how much he loves this show and probably how much he regrets what he did!

Probably the best episode in the last 2 or 3 years.

Entertaining episode, last little section was great.

Wouldn't say it was the best one, it was just similar to usual challenges.

Anyway I certainly won't be watching the new top gear with Chris Evans.

Top gear is clarkson, May and Hammond it'll never be replicated whoever does it bbc have really shot themselves In the foot with this it they'll learn that the hard way

How are these people not laughing at Hammond

What a bunch of bores!
A few of them are in this thread by the looks of things...

I thought that episode was brilliant. I was pissing myself laughing through most of the second half.

Yeah me too.

When James fell face first into that mud

I think they know it’s a blow for them to lose Clarkson, but they never really had much of a choice. Guy acted like a dick and was always going to be kicked.

Usual stuff but hilarious that he chopped his car in half and drove on with it. Along with destroying a caravan and the mickey taking of each car it was classic Top Gear. Shame how it 'ended'.

At least both camps can be happy as fans can watch both versions; one about cars and the other with those 3 messing about with cars. Punching someone at work has turned out pretty well.

That wasn't exactly great. For me it's been dying on its arse for a good few series. The last really great one was the river Nile special.

Top Gear hasn't been consistently good since the episodes got more heavily scripted around 5 years ago in my opinion. This series was better than the last few though and I enjoyed the show tonight.

I'll miss it. I have every episode downloaded and watch re-runs constantly, especially the road trips.

You could have saved yourself all the effort and just turned on the Dave TV channel. ;)

Gutted it's not on Netflix, as said above - I'm not paying for both!

Bit of a coup for Amazon, that, I expected Netflix to get them.

No way I'm subscribing though, will watch it a day later via alternative means.
