Television Top Gear

Rachel Riley would be great. They could have one presenter that doesn't know much about cars, no problem.
Dunno about Rowan Atkinson, but Jay K would be a good change from the usual old farts.

There's no point it just being a carbon copy of what it was, because most were already getting annoyed with it. Pretty sure even the producers said as much too, and that they were running out of ideas, which is why it got lamer.

I was more of a casual watcher of top gear, never got into that much because a lot of the comedy just seemed staged and forced, like the caravan episode etc.
I much preferred the episodes like the 24 hour Le Mans one, which you could tell meant a lot to Clarkson.

Top Gear is going to go the same way Radio 1 breakfast show.
Since Moyles left, it just isn't the same, and with Chris Evans, this just want get the viewing figures anymore

This next episode is when they were filming in japfest. Keep a look out for me and my mate whom spun out on the track just in front of one of the guys and the crew

Maybe its a good thing the old crew leaving, a lot of people were getting tired of it and it was getting formulaic and stale if im honest. However I will watch the lads wherever they end up next.
In a way it's almost a blessing. Top gear can return back to a more serious car show the way IMO it should be, more about the cars than messing about. Clarkson and the rest can go onto a different broadcaster and make a product completely In their eyes, rather than being tied back by BBC rules. No doubt they will get great funding by Sky or ITV or whoever wants to take the risk.

Well of course it isn't, it's a different show with a different DJ. You have to face it, your getting older. Top Gear will be the same. It will be a different show and have a different vibe. People have been complaining a lot thats it's become to scripted and it was in danger of becoming stale. Clarkson, May and Hammond weren't even trying to pretend anymore and were playing caricatures of themselves for the show.

Richard Hammond must be one of the dullest people alive if the caricature of himself is to smile inanely into a camera and laugh at and agree with everything Jeremy Clarkson says.

have you watched any of his home made Bored videos? you get glimpses of the real him in there. It' as dull as you fear.

The rumours of a new Netflix car show with Clarkson, Hammond and May are very exciting.

It will probably be related to themselves rather than a car related name. An unleashed ego like Clarkson with two supporters may just be epic short term but likely a long term disaster. Can't wait.

I can imagine them calling it something obnoxious like THE car show or the clarkson show

Thats because it's a scripted show in effect...

The only things that aren't rigged are the results of the challenges, race times and the real car reviews they do...

Slightly boring this. I know it was filmed for another show but yeah. Looking forward to the second bit and the soppy goodbye stuff

Was only interested in seeing the Mazda MPS on track, on the whole. Terrible episode.

Holy hell it would take a lot to make me do what Hammond did there it must be so thrilling
