Hilarious amount of hate going on for Peugeot - I know they are crap but why dedicate a part of the show to this, what did they do :lol:

On the whole 'Peugeots are crap' thing, I thought they'd supposedly turned it round a bit recently, wasn't the 208 GTi meant to be a good car?

Exactly, and I don't have a problem with that, but the joke /point was made, the rest was guff.
It was over-long and puerile, but the look on the old fat bloke's face when they kept crashing in the nursery car park did make me chuckle.

It was quite an interesting piece about the old Peugeot cars until they went full retard. They did it with Saab and Lancia before without the need to be stupid.

Normally I slate them when they go and cock about for no reason but because it was so accurate about everyone who drives on the road these days I was really laughing.

The state of driving from the average person behind the wheel is abysmal. People need to wake up and realise how bad they are.

I'll admit, I laughed too. That double roundabout :lol:

Much like Hammond I've got a strange thing for big pick up trucks imagine driving one of those on English roads.

It was a bad episode. I don't mind them doing silly things when it's funny (ambulance episode was funny, the Peugeot segment was too) but last night just wasn't. The Jeremy and James not being in a rush to 'rescue' him gag was good at the start but wore thin and it all seemed far too fake.

Wouldn't have put Gillian down as pushing 50. Would bum.

:lol::lol:

I deliberately didn't watch it last night, thinking I'd watch it on iplayer tonight so I could ffwd through any crap bits.

If it was worse than the ambulance episode I'm not even gonna bother starting it.

Reading through ths thread, why do most of ye watch this show? Every second post is about how boring or stupid it is :lol::lol:

Nice to see the negativity isn't just kept for the football threads though!

The answer to that Jammy is that women love the programme, and wife and daughter put it on. Listen to the audience when they join in laughing and that, it's mostly female. I have no idea why, but it's the favourite programme of my daughter and all her friends.

Because every now and then there's a great episode, and the rest of the time is spent in hope that the one you're watching might turn out good.

Last weeks was really good for 45 minutes until they went all spazzy over Peugeots.
