Seen this a couple of times now, I mean yeah Chelsea have been favourites for a while now but what does the Wolves game got to do with it?

Too much delusion on here, wanting a Wolves win to pressure Chelsea.... while they will be one point behind you if they win..... Reminds me of RAWK. No one is a foregone conclusion to make CL except Man City and Liverpool. Any competition you should want them to do badly.
A draw or loss tomorrow and a Leicester win, you might not even be making Europa League, let alone CL
You realise 6th place gets Europa yeah? We’re 4 clear of Spurs with a game in hand, 5 clear of Sheffield United who play Leicester next. So either SU drop points to almost guarantee Europa league football for United, or Leicester drop points, meaning we can still qualify for the top four by beating them.
Wolves being closer to us is almost irrelevant, and however much you want to deny it, them playing for a champions league place would be more motivational in the final game against Chelsea.

I haven't change my opinion since the first game week of the restart, United & Chelsea will make top 4. Quality matters, if one fails then they can only blame themselves for not taking the advantage and credit to Leicester manage to go through in more difficult situation.
Mourinho's absolutely gagging for Europa so I expect Spurs will take at least a point off them.

Yep, Jose will be able to brag about that to the board considering where they were when he took over. He could argue there were too many teams in front of them when he joined, sitting down in 14th place. He has taken them from a 25% win rate under Poch in the 12 League games he was there this season, to a 50% win rate in the 24 under Jose. He will make this sound more impressive than it is and if Europa League football is achieved I'm sure he will see that as a huge get and make sure Levy does too.

Plus signing up to an opposing team’s forum isn't some life changing event. I've been a lurker on here for almost 2yrs (mostly for the meltdown lolz) and only signed for the top 4 battle discussions. It like talking footy with people you'll never meet at the pub or stadium.

Not much except they're basically out of any chance to get top4. They technically still have 5th to play for if United or Leicester lose tomorrow I guess but no chance with that GD. Hope they still give Chelsea a game on the last day.

All going to plan so far. Spurs win and Burnley draw giving more impetus to sheff Utd to get a result against Leicester tomorrow. Wolves draw and remove the threat of them overtaking us. And Liverpool winning giving them the only thing they have left to play for against Chelsea - that 102 points record. For once and hopefully soon to be twice I'm hoping Liverpool win today.

Hopefully Wolves rest their entire first team squad against Chelsea to prepare for the Europa League matches they have.
I'd have still gave them an outside chance. Just think it's much better not to have to look over our shoulders at all.

Yeah, you're right. Counting on Spurs on Sunday to pile the pressure on Wolves. Despite our current position, we're in a great position I think. We just need to do the job tomorrow.
If Wolves had won remaining games and Chelsea lost both they would have finished 1 point ahead of Chelsea and maybe top 4.

Really hoping Sheffield Utd and Spurs do us a favor now. Just seen Leicester have an extra 3 days rest before playing us. That's massive. We'd probably need to have put them to bed by half time or that extra energy will tell. Can see them getting a result against us. All the more reason to play a weaker side in the Cup now. Please Ole, don't blow it!
Not sure about that. Think Klopp will get them fired up. They got the 100 points to beat and the most home wins in a season. I know it's not much compared to Champions League qualification but it's something. And Klopp would love to get one over City. Regardless though, I think Leicester is the one now, not Chelsea. They're pretty home and hosed.
I actually think it affected us, wolves have practically nothing to fight for after that, and it would been good if they fight until the last match considering they have the last game against Chelsea.
