Gaming Tom Clancy's - The Division | Division 2 announced

Newbie PS4 player for people to add @Andre Kagawa

ID: NoHoneyMoreMoney (horrible he knows)
Stats: almost GS190 with 220k dps and 75k hp

He'd like to get Incursion done sometime as his friends aren't as invested in the game as he is so finds it difficult to get it done.

So I'm approx 170GS and all I seem to drop is 163 golds, I've rarely got a few 180+ items from bosses, what's the best way to get the higher bracket items? Or is it just pure luck. I thought DZ6 might drop better items but it seems the same no matter what area.

All about the sharing again tonight. The lads I was playing with came in at 137 and 164 GS so when I got a 182 Midas and a 182 Tactical AUG from the boss and chest in the DZ03 extraction we hit a safe house so they could use them. Will make my life easier anyway because they are absolute fodder when Rogues give us a go!

@Mr Anderson
Plenty of loot, nothing to write home about though  Got a Nomad backpack before you joined but that's about it.
2 Vectors and 1 AUG that I just deconstructed.

Sorry if my route is quite boring, but it seems a perfect area where rogues don't seem to be, get plenty of supply drops also.
Bit annoyed we ran into them rogues though, probably me being a bit greedy. I went back and killed all 3 though

On DZ rank 56: 875,600XP it took to get here.

Target is 75: 2,102,525XP total so need just over 1.2MXP
Gone to bed halfway through Rank 58 with 1,002,834 total XP. Just 1,099,691 to go.

7,500 XP from dailies x 5 days (M,T,W,T,F) = 37,500. I then need to kill approximately 3,700 enemies without dying though if I survive going rogue once or twice that goes down a bit.

That route was very handy man! I do the same with a mate, but not as good a route though! Plenty of loot, as you say nothing to be ecstatic about. Got a few attachments for my existing guns, deconstructed some and sold the rest. My scavenging is low, since the updates I haven't gotten many gun drops, a superior here and there but no HE guns.

Levelled up to medium38, I was on a low 36 so that worked a treat too! Ya them rouges were a pain, I got cornered and was well and truly fried! I need to up my Armor stats Slightly as I was gunned down a bit too easily at times. I'm messing around in the base camp to see what balance seems better!

Yeah I sacrificed some health and my armour went from 60% to 50% when I bought the Striker gear, so I wouldn't mind getting an attachment with health rather than firearms.

1v1 or 1v2, I fancy my chances vs most, but 3 and 4 is difficult.
When I can send out my pulse and tactical link at the same time, my damage is crazy.

Would like to work in a team of 4 more often though. Other day the team I was in was unbeatable

Ohhhh one of the knee pads I picked up has +89% scavenging, calibrated it and added a mod slot for firearms as it lowered my dps slightly. Delighted though

I have 2 striker gear sets now. Bit of balancing and got my dps 136k, Heath 74k and skill 15k

Mitigated armour damage at 55%, and increased armour damage to 26% thanks to the striker gear. Critical hit chance is 44% on each on my main weapons, crit hit damage is around 130% also. Happy enough with the blended gear sets and the odd sacrifice. And now Scavenging up over 100% also. I won't be able to afford another gear mod for a week so unless something drops I won't be changing much.

All in all, a great nights work! Thanks @Igor Drefljak for DZ and that challenge daily mission - worked well after a slow start!

Iv'e got 3 Striker Gear, and 2 Sentry gear. All iv'e got left is to get a backpack, preferably a strikers.

I'm on 61 or 62 now... I don't even think i'll get 75 by the end of the week, and i want that Vector blueprint.

Me and some random guy i have on PSN were hunting rogues before i joined you lot. Got quite a lot of XP just by taking them down, and occasional surviving rogues ourselves.

After you left, we went rogue a few times and got a few thousand XP along with a couple of thousand credits each time which was nice. Ended up biting most of us on the bum as we came across the same group we had gone rogue on twice before, only they were no longer a group of 2 but a group of 4 and ended up destroying the others. I legged it and survived.

I want the blueprint too but even if I make it to that rank by some miracle I doubt I'll have the credits needed.

I've got four pieces including a strikers backpack (191). Shame the stats on it are so bad that I haven't equipped it yet but might give it a go later.

Is it credits or DZ funds? i thought it's all DZ funds now?... I've got near 900,000 DZ funds, not spent a penny.

Ah shame i did not stay on, much more fun going rogue. I got one of my greens through going rogue on someone trying to extract it. It brings me joy knowing how much he would of been raging.

You get that back pack through DZ drops? or Incursions?

Fed up of sad groups of four wankers ganking me in DZ01/02. They know I have no loot on me. Not that bothered about the XP but its the cash that is pissing me off, losing around 4k every two times they do it. And now they're camped outside the respawn point.

That's the problem I had. I work DZ 04 now. Rarely see anybody else there to be honest.

It'd be nice if there was servers for groups of 1/2 or 3/4

There's also the wankers who deliberately run across your shooting path to turn you rogue. Then a buddy or 2 swan in and gun you down before you know it.

Doesn't matter where I go, they follow me. Still just about managed to make it to DZ60 though.

@Mr Anderson, yeah there was one of them following me earlier. Kept running in front of me so I just stopped shooting and ran to an exit.

Same on the xbox. Rogues everywhere tonight.
Randomly found an HE M1A that somebody must have dropped, couldn't get out though as I was boxed in by rogues on pretty much every street, so ended up losing that

I managed to get Nomad Gloves somehow. Don't think it was extracted, or else I didn't pay attention to what I picked up.

So I have 2 striker (vest and kneepads), 1 tactian holster and nomad gloves.

I was lucky when the rouges showed up, my gear to be extracted was nothing major. I did extract a HE black market ak47, so that has no replaced my lightweight m4. Still looking for a HE M1A to replace my superior one.

You probably got it from a Supply Drop if you don't think it was extracted.

I'm looking for a HE M1A too. Current secondary is a 147gs Superior First Wave M1A which drags down my score a bit.

Up to DZ62 now so I'm finally closer to DZ75 in terms of XP than DZ1. Gonna be hard but doable to get there in next four days. Just hope I have the cash. Only have 139k at the moment and don't have any gear with Prosperous talent on.

@Damien - Is there a reason you are so desperate to get to level 75 in the next few days?

As for this game, I honestly don't know what keeps me playing every day.
- I thought the story / missions where below average
- The daily missions are repetitive and boring
- There is no real point to the game?

Just something about it keeps me playing. I thought it was for the the search for HE items, but they ruined that
The incursions wasn't really much as a potential game changer, just trying to appeal to the COD Zombie fans imo

DZ is now just plagued with rogue agents so you really have two options
Be a dickhead and survive
Be normal and get the shitty end of the stick

I just hope the DLC for the game brings something to the table, because I feel like I am wasting my time
Same missions every day, same DZ route every day, and once I log out at night, I've gained nothing worth using

rant....over!

I've got a HE M1A, I don't really like semi-auto snipers though... only has a base damage of around 35.5k even though I've got +1,500ish marksman rifle damage on one of my gears.

Probably the same reason i am, 204 GS Vector in one of the safe houses.

I was like this pre 1.1. and actually virtually stopped playing. It proves how pointless the grinding and crafting was before, as i stopped playing, but when i logged back in after that patch my GS was around the average, and my current GS is higher than a lot of people.

I personally would like to see the game be more 'random'. E.G. the NPC's are not predictable once you've ran a mission a few times. Hell i'd find the DZ a lot more fun if they randomised spawn and chest locations... Get rid of the DZ 1-6 and make us hunt and explore to find the higher level NPC's... Not that there is much difference between a lvl 30 or lvl 32...

As for DZ now with rogue's. Personally it's a lot better now. Before the punishment far outweighed the risk, so nobody went rogue. Now they've adjusted the drop rates, and nerfed the punishment, people actually go rogue and it makes the game a lot better. Before when you ran across another team, you didn't care. Now you have that debate of whether to kill them or are they going to kill you.... Plus it's always fun hunting down rogue players.

The end game is no different to any MMO's. They all pretty much become a rinse and repeat to try and get better loot to help run caves/dungeons/instances/incursions etc etc.

Don't get me wrong, there is still a lot of tweaks, but at least we've got a one year cycle of DLC and free monthly updates.

Much prefer the semi-auto snipers in this game.

I switched to my HE M1A (without Balanced talent) from my Superior M1A (with Balanced Talent).

The additional damage, and specifically headshot damage is worth it, but I really miss the Balanced talent, so am keeping searching for a HE one with that. Makes a huge difference!
