Gaming Tom Clancy's - The Division | Division 2 announced

Survived my first manhunt. Didn't see a sole in the DZ for like 30 mins until 2 guys shows up at extraction so me and another guy decide to kill them. Soon as they go down literally another 10 people turn up, utter carnage. Poor fella dropped a high end too.

The video is fine, but I still prefer accuracy on the SMG's. How tight your bullets group is important especially when bursting for headshots.
Just found a level 18 blue Police M4 or something, and it has less damage but more fire rate than that AK47 I was using... I see what you mean! It's much better and much more effective.

@Zarlak did you get your alt to 30? Brocky and I just did tonight.

Got some gear on my main I can give my alt so will do that tomorrow.

Blitzed the daily hards after you went last night. It was slightly trickier than with my main but, once I have crafted some more gear, it should be easier.

I really need to do some farming for materials at some point. I've managed to get a good set of prints now - extended mag, hand stop, optic, muzzle brake, all three gear mods and then at least one mask, backpack, vest & kneepads. So, although my gear and weapons are all gold and most of my mods are gold now, I'm struggling for electronics and tools and so some of the stuff I have made has decent but not ideal rolls.

I'm assuming that running missions and breaking down loot is going to be more profitable than running round scavenging. Does anyone have any suggestions on the most efficient way to farm loot for materials? Blitzing through hard missions in a group of four, maybe...?

If anyone is up to much on PS4 give us a shout, not got much planned today.

Edit:Maybe some Hornet farm?

Aye I got it to 30 last night ran the dailies on my main and gave some dupe yellows to my alt, just going to do the dailies on my alt now and buy the liberator or black market AK for him.

On the DPS vs DMG war, I tend to just go with the highest DMG with anything over 700 bpm (or whatever rate of fire is listed as again). I only use assault rifle and sniper (anything over 300 bpm) anyways. It does tend to increase my DPS with the weapons I buy, but I don't use DPS as my be all and end all.

I buy my weapons all the time as a quick run in the DZ and I get 60k worth of loot extracted. Keep anything worth while, get a lot of lesser weapons so either sell them to get me up to credits of around 80k then deconstruct the rest.

Level 27 superior ACR-E current DMG 4000 and a level 25 Specialized First Wave M1A I crafted with DMG 15.2k. Pick them off from a little bit of distance so i can interchange my weapons, works a treat for me.

I don't have either of those prints yet and as a fresh 30 from deconstructing everything since level 1 I've got all the crafting mats on my alt.
Ah, gotcha. yeah, I have a bunch of materials on my alt now and will likely have nothing to use them on. I really need to clear out my stash and then start dumping my alt's junk in there for my main to deconstruct, I think.

First Vector crafted today. This should do for my alt for a bit until I can craft a better one. All talents are active.

Dmg 9540 (9718 on alt)
+21% Crit chance
Accurate - Accuracy is increased by 46%
Responsive - Damage is increased by 13% when closer than 10m to the target
Destructive - Armor destruction value is increased by 18% when using this weapon

That's a decent roll. How does it stack up in the damage min-max range?

I couldn't imagine getting another character to level 30. Is it really that beneficial?

Yeah, you can run the dailies twice for double phoenix credits but the main benefit is if you die as a rogue you lose a shit tonne of DZ rank. You can lose like 6 hours farming XP so you basically run the DZ on your alt at level 30/DZ level 1 if you want to go rogue and not care about dying.

Just finished farming/resetting Lincoln for a while. Got 5 kills from him, doing that with an uncoordinated team was painful.

Definitely a keeper. At least, until you've got excess material to roll a few more.
I've got material on my alt but no point in buying the blueprint again.
Just got the level 28 last night :)
Nice! Last two levels should be fairly straightforward if you've got a few sidemissions/a story mission or two left.

Probably not for your lot, but for those with a lot of time on their hands it has its uses like Z says.

Is going rogue even worth it though? Most nights it always a team of four of us on, and rarely do we see teams that size in the DZ, and I want to nick some gear.

Some little tit double crossed me a few days back when I ventured into the DZ on me own, we were at the extraction zone, load of 31 golds spawned, he went down, I picked him up, we cleaned it out, and when I went to put my gear on the line he mowed me down and took my stuff.

Spent about 30 mins looking for the little cnut on the server.

It's fun just to kill people and play differently for a change. Not about the loot. It's not worth doing that on your main purely because you lose so much DZ xp.

Not any more, most iv'e lost is 5k when i've reached man hunt level, compared to losing 30k for rank 1 before the patch. Once you get to 50, and there is no reason to rank up anymore. DZ xp is a big meh.

What glitch is that?

I have perfected it  Can do it in 5-6 minutes a time.
You earn 3 purple items, 1 blue gun, 13,500 credits and between 1-3 pheonix tokens.

Throw a shield at the door you exit when you fight scarecrow. If you get it right, go into cover and you can fall through the door basically...

From there, activate the echo, use the laptop, then beat the boss (On hard mode btw)

Sounds like a plan. I'll be on at around 19:30 tonight, if you're up for it...? We'd need a group of four to get maximum efficiency. Makki loves a good farming session - @Anustart89
I've been farming Hornet for a couple of hours. Dropped a high-end SOCOM M1A, but it's not better than my purple one unfortunately. I'm going to be farming division tech to craft that high-end gear from the safehouse.

I got my level 31 one from the sniper boss in (I think) DZ02. The one where all the trucks are parked at the checkpoint.

Spent about 5 hours last night just pvping in a group of 2 and gained a level or so in DZ rank overall. Survived a few manhunts and lost a few more at -10k xp loss a time but its persuaded me I don't need to level an alt to enjoy some pvp. I think it's probably a lot more fun when you DO care about dying.

Can vouch that players drop more High-End loot than bosses too :D Keep an eye out for anybody acting a bit nervous, guarantee they are carrying something they don't want to lose.

Just my opinion but is having gold items for sale at DZ rank 50 and above a bit of a ruiner?

For me, at level 30, I am quite excited when a piece of gold equipment drops, but at level 50, I can just buy it all, and it's pretty cheap anyway

I think it's too easy to get the best stuff, personally. But then, I thought exotics in Destiny should've been more exotic. I mean, they aren't exotic if every player has a vault stuffed with ten of them, are they?

If it was up to me, the max you can craft would be level 30, but there would be a very rare and random drop, similar to The Crux of Crota in Destiny, that allows you to upgrade your item to 31. The named weapons should also be random and rare dropped loot only. The max you can buy should be level 30 purple, imo.
