Müller has the intention to stay at Bayern as long he plays an important role there... - that, and not more he has told before in interviews.
But - transfer rumours around him right now have 0% chance. How much the fans value him you see in the stadium when they call him on the gate or when they whistle when Guardiola subs him. The club values him the same.
