Rocks doing a lot to try and get Cena over in some way. In their faceoffs over the past two weeks, he's pretty much let Cena tower over him, something he HAS to do to be fair, you can't crush the face of your company going into WM(even if they intend to turn him).

I'm not sure they do intend to turn him. I said a while back it would be nigh on impossible to make it look like he changed his mind over everything he stood for.

The Kane thing is over, we saw him angry and 'close to the edge' but now that's disappeared and Cena is back to his jolly old self. I reckon they're just trying to use Rocky to get the fans over with Cena still in his superman role without having to turn him.

Also if we look at the possible WWE title contenders, Miz heel, Ziggler heel, Del Rio heel, Jericho heel, Punk face, Cena face. Are they going to make everybody apart from Punk a heel? I'd put Sheamus in there after his RR win but he's going to go for Bryan...

So with just under 4 weeks to go, off the back of last night's RAW, we look like we are heading towards this for 'Mania -

The Rock Vs John Cena

Hell In A Cell
Triple H Vs The Undertaker
Ref: Shawn Michaels

WWE Championship
Chris Jericho Vs CM Punk (c)

World Heavyweight Championship
Sheamus Vs Daniel Bryan (c)

Intercontinental Championship
Big Show Vs Cody Rhodes (c)

Randy Orton Vs Kane

For Control Of Both Shows
Team Long (SD) Vs Team Johnny Ace (RAW)

Add in a possible Divas match and/or a tag match and you have got yourself one of the most stacked cards of all time in my view, hopefully it doesn't disappoint!

I havent had any interest in wrestling for about 6 or 7 years. I keep the odd eye on it.

But I would not consider that a good card at all to be honest.

The only matches I have full 100% interest in are Rock v Cena, and Taker v HHH.

CM Punk v Jericho could be a great match technically but I haven't found their feud as interesting as I'd hoped. Also I'm a fan of Sheamus and Randy Orton so I hope they both win, but I don't have a real big interest in their matches.

I'm in the same boat as you in terms of just vaguely keeping an eye on it but would say that on paper it is an excellent card.

John Cena vs Rock could well be a classic. Any match with The Rock is entertaining and there is a chance of a Cena heel turn. The atmosphere should be brilliant like Rock Vs Hogan except with a better match.

Taker vs HHH, well both know how to wrestle a Hell in the cell. I doubt there will be any huge bumps but it should be interesting especially due to the Michaels factor.

Sheamus vs Bryan id expect to be a good match. Bryan can put on a show with anyone.

SD vs Raw could be good. Gonna be a major storyline and with some decent workers in it.

Obviously CM Punk vs Jericho is going to be the show stealer. Both are outstanding so I would expect a five star match from those too.

On paper this could be the best PPV for 10 years if everyone performs as well as they can

I'm not sure they do intend to turn him. I said a while back it would be nigh on impossible to make it look like he changed his mind over everything he stood for.

I doubt they do want to turn him...I'm just whether he ends it as a face or heel, he can't start it being ECW One Night Stand type boo'd.....he still will be boo'd, but Rock is smartly making him look stronger at the moment, whether that'll translate over to Miami is very doubtful though...it needs to be more Rock/Hogan type confusion reactions rather than the crowd being 100% Rock(like they were with RVD).

Screw Wrestlemania, Rock concert next week :D

When was that concert he did before? I think he was Hollywood Rock, was it 2003?

It was brilliant and awesome in so many ways. That line about the Lakers beating the Kings in May was just pure gold.

"Well The Rock just has to say 'Ah Shucks' ... 'cos Cleveland doesn't rock, no it totally sucks"

Always remember that line from one of his concerts... class.

Thought Cena was good on the mic and actually out did Rock a little, and it also looked like Rock got really angry at the "tooth fairy" chant. I didn't like it either, disrespectful to say the least :(

Interesting RAW. I'm loving the Long vs. Lauranaitis feud. Johnny Ace seems to have no regard for PG, because if you can lip-read and/or turn the volume up when he and Teddy are screaming without the mics, he's cursing all over the place! A bit random for Teddy to walk out with Kofi but whatever.

Solid main event tag team match, very enjoyable. Surprised that Jericho picked up a clean win. Fuels the feud nicely though.

Not sure what to make of HBK as special ref. They're building it to make it appear that HBK will screw HHH but it could well turn into the two of them mounting a ploy to screw Undertaker. But then Undertaker won't die, and HBK will do the respectful thing at the end when HHH is laid out (or something like that), and count to 3.

Woo Santinooo!!! Hopefully he can make the US title relevant, he's such a colourful character and well over with the fans.

Rock's video promos were quite funny. Cena's made me want to stick a screwdriver in his eye. I can't stand his constant pandering. Spends way too much time describing his opponent and jacking his catchphrases to do it too. Waste of time.

I keep changing whether I want to root for Cena or Rock at WM. A large part of me thinks it would be utterly idiotic to have the Rock win. It's common sense for him to lose . Then again this is WWE, and I don't like Cena. Hopefully it will be a good match for the neutrals.

Just went to watch this and all it's recorded is a blue fecking screen! I've spoke to sky and they talked me through a hard reset of the box which just wipes off all the content. Not a happy bunny at the moment as I've really been enjoying raw of late.

A random thought, would it not be possible to say Cena is already heel?

After all, people pay very good money every week just to boo him, pretty heel like that IMO.

Punk vs Jericho will naturally be the show stealer, the only issue is can they get away with that as the show stopper? I mean, the crowd will be absolutely fecked after Rock Cena and Taker HHH. Tough one for sorting out. Also Bryan vs Sheamus needs some serious build up, it's had less build up than Kane vs Randy FFS and Orton has only done 2 shows!

Seemingly obvious that the divas match at mania will be Eve vs Kelly Kelly. YAWN!

The team match is starting to take some shape, I'm thinking so far

Team Ace: Otunga
Christian
Henry
Swagger
Del Rio

Team Long: Kofi
Santino
Miz(?)
Drew(?)
???

Santino is starting to show he has some genuine quality, and the crowd loves him. Stop making him into a joke character, he's better than that!

My biggest quarrel is with the Rhodes vs Show match, as much as I want them to add some respectability to the title by keeping it with one for a while, I want Rhodes to lose it for his idiocy in the battle royal the other week when he threw Santino onto Barrets arm.

Cena's had a lot worse chanted at him.

Is that picture photoshoped?? Doesn't look real somehow...

Anyway... as it's being discussed...

Brilliant... I'm not sure if it will work quite as well with him being a face... but I'm looking forward to it none the less!

I can't help but think that's exactly what's going to happen and why.

I like the Rhodes vs Show thing, purely because I enjoy seeing the old Show clips. Can see him getting flattened though as punishment.

Cena wont turn permanently, he's too big a draw in terms of merchandise

I can't help but think that's exactly what's going to happen and why.

But other than punishing Cody what does pushing Show do? Show is well past it now so he would surely lose the title before long, as there's no use in him holding it, which takes us back to square one.

I wouldn't be averse to Cody winning at WM and losing it afterwards.

Show is a capable stop gap though if they plan on changing it, whoever beats Show looks a legit challenger too seeing as he's "the world's largest athlete", so Cody retaining or losing and winning again can benefit him.

I don't think a loss hurts Cody at all really... and, such has been the build for this match, a win wouldn't do a great deal for him either. As he's constantly been banging on about Big Show's terrible WM record, we should almost expect him to win right? It wouldn't make sense for him to brag about it either, considering, as he's pointed out, anyone can seemingly beat Big Show at mania.

If anything, a Big Show win gives him a nice moment, keeps the IC Title strong, and allows Cody to go onto bigger things (a feud against Champion Sheamus perhaps?)...

If Show's going to win, then I think a match where Cody has the advantage for a long time might be best. The WMD has been portrayed as one of the strongest finishers in WWE (has anyone kicked out of it?) so Cody being pinned by a "WMD OUT OF NOWHERE BAH GAWD" wouldn't be a bad thing.

Maybe have Show counter the Beautiful Disaster Kick with it?

I geniunely can't wait for Wrestlemania, I haven't been as excited as this for Wrestlemania in a while. I wish I was going over for it.

I have a favourite for every match, except CM Punk v Chris Jericho. I seriously cannot decide who to root for in that match. I've liked Jericho for a while now, but I've got really into Punk during the last year.

I might make my mind up in the next few weeks leading up to Wrestlemania, but right now I honestly don't know.

Jericho all the way. Punk is a phony copycat. When we get nearer to Wrestlemania the kid starts to come out in me.

Hmm, thinking about it I'd quite like Barrett to beat the winner of the Rhodes Show match, carries on his push and as a kind of apology from the company for his injury which both competitors are kind of culpable for.

Yesterday's terrible news about Kharma suggests that she'll be off roster for a while longer, meaning we are stuck with a terrible divas division for a while longer. Although placing such a large emphasis on one diva to save the division always had the potential to bite them on the arse.

I'm also pretty much decided on all the winners too, although I won't reveal who I expect to win for a while, as there may be shocks in store between now and then.

In kayfabe terms, Shawn Michaels is a poor choice as referee. Why would either competitor agree? Taker wouldn't risk his streak being screwed over by HHH's old buddy, and HHH would be wary of Michaels trying to stop him from doing what he couldn't.

Saw Lilian Garcia on this weeks smackdown.
better than most of the current divas.
