Television Tho Prop Grops Throps

Currently watching raw is war, started in 97 now into 99. Just saw a 6 man tag with undertaker, Triple H and Shame McMahon Vs The rock, stone cold and Vince McMahon, with HBK as a special guest referee.

Albeit Triple H at this point is a solid midcard guy on the verge of a push, it's crazy to look at that much star power sharing the ring together on a bog standard raw.

Some of the best Raws around that period, as long as you didn't mind most of the wrestling being shite.

Crazy that on top of that they had Foley, Kane, Big Show plus Edge, Christian, JBL, Mark Henry etc. All as lower card wrestlers as well, and Jericho a few months down the line. Hardy Boys who could barely make it off superstars/shotgun or whatever it was called at the time.

Just saw the tribute wwe paid to Bray and cried like a child.

On a sidenote, I haven't been watching for a while but this guy that get cut the promo on Bray has got something. He'll be a star.

That promo by Knight was a top tier promo, brilliant mix of tribute and building his current feud.

Who's around in London for All In then? There must be a few of us on here around for the show tomorrow. Dunno about anyone else but I'm really excited, card looks great and the atmosphere should be incredible!

Have a good one everyone who's doing All In today.

Builds been a bit meh, but the quality of AEW PPV's is always really high regardless and can't see this being any different.

Yep. Heading down on the coach now. Got my United Empire football top on to rep Ospreay. What a mark

Just landed back in London due to delayed flight ...

I got an hour or two to get there haha

Haha great stuff, it's like being at a cup final, so busy around the stadium, had to run to the Green Man to get a pint!

Which airport? You'll make the main show no problem, Zero Hour starts at 17:00 so you should have enough time to get here.

Great event, returning next year to Wembley

Jungle Boy and Punk had an altercation right before Punk's match

Was heathrow. Managed to get there for 5.05pm

I am shattered, lost my voice,no sleep and had great seats.
Enjoyed the heck out of it.

Hopefully for next year they have a better build and some of the missing wrestlers of course

Decent show. Main event was outstanding, loads of fun spots. Moxley is still a feckwit though.

Also how did the crowd come off on TV? Never been a fan of how the stadium retains crowd noise

I was there I thought it was ok, not to be that guy but there are just to many variations of matches with no rules on the show coffin match, no holds barred, Stadium stampede even the women's match to a degree too, I loved will vs Y2J and Bucks vs FTR but other than that I didn't think much else of the other matches

I de-aged 20 years when Sting came out to S&D. He de-aged 40.
Honestly, sting and cole were who I was most excited for seeing. Never in my life did I think I'd watch sting in the flesh.

Think it suffered from all the multi man matches. Should have just had a battle royal on the pre show to throw them all in imo.

Regular loud crowd for matches and spots but there must have been something up with the entrance audio or something because most of them were quiet, practically silent.

In bold is my experience too, it was brilliant, will have to re-watch it when I get home to see how it came across on TV.

There were a lot of multi man matches, I think they were just trying to get more people on the card. The two matches you mention were brilliant, I thought Punk Joe was great too.

What an incredible event.

I was lucky enough to have sat in front MJF’s dad who is an absolute legend.

Also had a piss next to Don Callis and got some decent footage of the backstage fighting from the Stadium Stampede match.

Yeah Punk v Joe was good as well forgot about that one.

Yeah that was an amazing show as expected. Maybe not the best in ring quality wise but electric atmosphere throughout and the main event was absolutely superb.

Expect a few will be tucking into a serving of humble pie today as well. :)

Where abouts where you then? Up above the entrance where Mercedes was sat?

Not sure I want to rewatch Ospreay-Jericho.... there's no way that sounds as good as I thought it was from the crowd, though I still can't see how Meltzer gives that one a 5*.... but not putting it past him.

TK coming out at the end off his tits announcing next years was hysterical. He's so awful, in such a lovable way, to the point where I'm not sure if he is actually just a billionaire mark, or there's some character in there he's playing, because I know nothing of him outside of this, but given even MJF drops the schtick now and then, I'm guessing he's just a billionaire mark.

 We were pissing ourselves. He was absolutely wired off his nuts.

fecking can't wait to rewatch it for aspects like this

Yeah, gonna watch it again, especially for the stadium stampede match. Its hard to keep up with it whilst live.

Regular loud crowd for matches and spots but there must have been something up with the entrance audio or something because most of them were quiet, practically silent.

The ringwas especially loud for when people fell on it. Im not the biggest fan of wembley stadium and how its been done in general. I think the gap between the field and stands didnt help either especially with the chanting.

Crowd was super loud for the main event and zero hour opener (with MJF/Cole).
Most endings got really great crowd reactions too.

The non stip matches were fantastic. Main event was my fav just because of the build and the story surrounding it.

Thats my hope for next year, the build is better especially for the non main event matches. But also we have quite a few who couldnt be here, eg Hayter, Danielson.
Mercedes got a great reaction for being there too.
