He knows feck all. If he knew 100% that he was signing, then there would be no reason as to why that tweet pissed him off. The fact is, he knows feck all, and is pissed off because he has realised, like most of us, what that tweet really means.

Here's another perspective. He could know Thiago is signing and is annoyed because he knew how misleading it could be and deemed it as unnecessary. You seem to know Craig well though.

That could well be, but I doubt he knows anything at all. After all, Thiago is still on holiday, as Craig said himself, which makes it even more strange that Thiago tweeted about loving Barcelona, considering he isn't even there atm.
