Different players but if I had the chance I wouldn’t swap Pogba for Thiago. Thiago is excellent though.

Pogba has all the tools and talent to be better but if I’m honest I think Thiago is the more mature and accomplished player.

Good signing for Pool but for good news for us, he'll be 30 next year and that's dangerously close to 35.

Pogba is a more all-rounder, but he is still talked like a kid with massive potential despite being 27. He hasn't been able to neither show consistency nor impose himself in big matches while with us.
If he plays for us as good as he did for France in the last World Cup, then there might be an argument that he is better than Thiago. But this is a big if.

Need to find a word I don’t often use... sickening. It’s just sickening. One of the best players in the world, I’m extremely jealous of this signing. It’s a long time since I accepted reality, but at the same time I wasn’t really envious of a single player... this one, not cool at all. Feck em, one could only wonder if we’d have a chance if we had a proper manager with some decent charisma and pull in the market.
Its more than charisma though - a proven winner with a reputation for developing players and coaching a modern and exciting game.

Great value for a very good player. Yet our fans complain when we don’t spend £80m plus every summer. There is value in the market as our rivals are showing.
Sounds like you may need to jump of this bandwagon and maybe follow Pool or City instead these days. We had LvG and Mou who are/were some of the highest profile managers we could possibly attract, made some big money signings and how much of that worked out?

Just be a little patient, those 6 players won't be around for ever. Frimino is already starting to look he's past his peak. Salah will soon be looking for a move to Madrid and VVD and Mane will be hitting 30 soon.
