Television The Walking Dead

How is there still live deer and mice? Why have the zombies not eaten them already?

Deer have adapted over millenia to escape wolves and other fast moving, extremely agile land based predators while living off nature. Brain dead humans slowly shuffling around wouldn't pose much of a threat.

feck this bitch Carol.

She's annoying as it is and to make it worst they have her kill off one of the most interesting characters, well done.

WHAT THE feck!

to begin with I thought, this is a bit boring but it definitely picked up, what a nutter that girl waswas

Yep, best episode in a long time, didn't see that coming.

I was about to give up on the show, but that was good.

It felt so wonderful when Carol finally shot the bitch. Next up, Karl, with a bit of luck.

Picked up at the end but too many episodes feel like fillers. Built to a good finish I think but I want them to get moving a bit more.

I really liked the episode but where was Judith when they were walking out? Hmmm...

The acting has consistently been questioned in this show and rightly so, but Melissa McBride (Carol) was outstanding in that episode. Probably the standout actor in the show I'd say.

Not a bad episode either all things considered. Kind of a shame they killed off Lizzie as she was a very complex and interesting character, but that in itself created an end game. I'm sure it'll be shit next week however.

'All things considered'.

Key line there, put it in perspective compared to the rest of the show. It's easily been the best episode so far since the mid-season break. The rest have been awful.

At around 2/3 of the episode that was the most godawful episode I'd ever seen, but unlike United it made up for it in the final third. I'm glad Lizzie is gone, she was completely off the hook and there was just no way out for her anymore, story-wise. It would've turned into a parody had they dragged it out longer than they already did. Carol was right, she should've seen it coming, that girl was a walking asylum. I'm sort of glad Carol lives on, she can be annoying at times but she's a more interesting character than most of them, and better acted as well.

Anyway, feck off with the one group episodes already. It's killing the show. What's left of it anyway.

That was a proper good episode! Did not expect the sister to die like that! then to top it off, Carol shoots Lizzie! Wow! Shame though, I liked the girls they were interesting characters and the show works better when there are children imo.

The actor who plays Lizzie is very impressive - far better than Carl - so in that sense it is a shame to see her killed off, but it is the right timing to end her characters arc. Did think Mika was definitely expendable though and her death added much needed shock value to the show.

I cried for Mika and felt a little sad for Lizzie. But mainly cried for Mika. I have a daughter that age who looks a bit like Mika. I cried. :(

For once they weren’t idiots. They ‘mercifully’ shot Lizzie instead of leaving her for the zombies (which was the only other option, taking her with them or splitting up were no nos).

I thought it was terrible, probably the worst episode of it I've seen up until 40 minutes in or so. Throwing in some shock value killing doesn't make it a good episode. It was all so pointless. I am glad they decided to kill Lizzie, it would've been incredibly shit if they let her live.

Well the moment Lizzie started feeding the walking dead and said she could here their voices you knew she was pretty much done. I didn't see her killing her sister though I just thought she would get bitten by one of them walking corpses because she wouldn't run or try to communicate with them or something stupid like that.

Best episode of the season, hands down. For those who thought it was shit: give up on this programme, seriously. This will be as good as it gets I feel.

Don't want to sound like a creep, but that Lizzie looks like she could grow up to be a stunner. Not in the programme of course, what with the bullet in her head.

Thought it was quite a good episode, probably the best one since the group have been split up. Lizzie killing her sister was a bit of a shock and the acting throughout the episode was much better than usual. I was sad to see Lizzie die as I thought she was quite an interesting character but I suppose it made sense to kill her off, having her tag along after what she'd done would have been beyond stupid.

Looks like it's building up to the group reuniting at Terminus, or whatever it's called, for the finale. I'm not really sure where the show will go from there but I hope they aren't just stuck in one place for ages like they were at the farm and the prison.
