This show died about 2/3 seasons ago
Why did I watch the first episode since the restart. Terrible. It was just dark the whole episode. I think I nodded off a few times. Did Carl even die? I don’t remember.
So I watched it and i ended up playing on my phone more than actually watching it. I dont know a bunch of characters. I knew that doctor would die, cos ... TWD.
Tara says Dwight cant just be part of another group and then join, when she did the same thing as part of Governers group. Ok sure.
Then Dwight does one thing, and Tara is all "yeah hes cool"
Maggie is all hardass on the prisoners, then meets a newbie who is happy with aration of food, and is all like "yeah, why not let the prisoners come out"
I dont even know whats happening any more. Negan has a plan to infect people even though before he only wanted about 3 people dead cos the others are resources. Now he wants to cover them with zombie guts... something he did himself? Eh?
This show is nuts. Maybe its me cos im not paying much attention. BUt then something happens, I concentrate for a bit and think WTF?
Im tempted to do what a lot of you have done and just sack it off. 8 seasons and not a lot has happened.
I do see why they use Eugene so much. They can just make him ramble for a good 10 minutes saying some absolute bollocks to fill up time.

TWD in a nutshell...
A 30 second half-decent scene at the end with Negan's plan to infect everyone through poisoned weapons. But other than that, garbage.
None of it makes any sense. Why is Hilltop suddenly impregnable?
At least Morgan has stopped with his stupid monologues about morality and shit.
Haven't watched since the mid season interval and not regretting it at all.
Well that wasn't terrible but the last scene was pretty fecking stupid. I find her quite hot though.

Aye. This show could use some clearout and thankfully it started with Coral. It needs indeed more of Simon and hopefully in the end he'll join Rick in his mental crusade to nowhere. At least it's gonna be fun.
Obviously saviors are way more interesting than pretty much everyone on the show. That garbage pale lady have some potential too.
This is the time in the show that I've actually given up. Not watched any of the last 5-7 episodes. Does the season end well enough?

They probably can't get themselves to kill Negan because he's the best villain they'll ever have. On the other hand, for how long can this continue?
That might be why they're shaping up Simon like they are, to prolong Negan's time on the show.
Agree on Simon, he’s probably my fave character at the moment. His scenes usually hold my attention.

Just caught up with this, thought the latest episode was good, Negan being bulletproof is getting annoying though.

A bunch of people I don't know or care about died. That Saviours plan of attack was dreadful.
It really was a microcosm of everything that's bad about TWD. I thought after the Negan episode there might have been some hope, but this was basically an episode of stupid people doing stupid things and dying stupidly. But, of course, I'll still watch it. TWD is a form of self-harm.
This episode sums up the show perfectly. All the drama is created by stupid people doing stupid stuff. The outcome with Henry was so obvious... And apparently everyone sleeps at night, not a single guard around.
Is Henry the little kid? That was just monumentally stupid and unbelievable. Nobody guards 38 prisoners held back by a bit of wire?
These people are all fecking stupid. Still manage to get themselves bitten by walkers after all this time.

Show is shit and going to get shittier. Horrible.
So they are now trying to convince people that Simon is Negan, even down to the whistling.
That's a saviour thing though, not just Negan and with their whole shtick they are all Negan.
Still stupid as feck though.
Your squad of twenty or so people are going around a corner or through a bottle neck if you like, where you can just get picked off like fish in a barrel, especially since your enemy has a vantage point and are also behind reinforced cover. Your only advantage is stealth but what do you fecking do? Oh you whistle like a fecking idiot.
Still all of them should have been killed there and then but no you seen like a couple of people dropping but that's it.
I know a show sometimes might take creative liberties but that's just taking the piss. They may as well give them all airsoft rifles and tell us they're all just play acting at this point cause no cnut worth knowing is dying despite seemingly having no way out at least few times during the show.
Why is Morgan all upset? I can't remember. Wasn't there some people with W on their heads? Is Dwight good or bad? Surely it would have been simple for him to kill Simon and run and hide.
Morgan is upset because some dude imprisoned him and brainwashed him that 'all life is precious'.
He went by the ethos for a while before killing someone and now his head is fecked. I don't even know. It doesn't make much sense living like that in a post-apocalyptic world where everything and everyone is trying to fecking kill you. Look where it got the fecking guy who taught him that bollocks.
By the way I'm a great believer that all life is precious in the real world.

If Dwight wanted this over with he could have killed Simon numerous times and just defected to Rick and Maggie etc. Without Simon it would be perfect opportunity to put the end to Saviours even if Negan is still somewhere out there.

The walker falling down the stairs and nobody waking up was just so stupid. As was the initial dude being bitten by silent walker. And then nurse being bitten and screaming and yet nobody could hear it? Yeah ok.
But having just been attacked by the saviour, youre telling me everybody was like, phew, im tired, lets all sleep.
"I saved you a turnip"... gripping stuff.
Not even gonna mention all the other stupid stuff cos its covered above and will take too long. Mad.
