Yeah i rewound it in slow motion definitely shot him in the shoulder. Wtf have they done to Morgan's character.. His goodbye speech to Rick ultimately confirms he'll save the day and die in the finale.

Negan is going to kill Glenn. I've said it a few times now, it has to be Glenn. No way, does he, Maggie and the baby get to live happily ever after.

Every avenue seems to suggest that Negan is a game changer and will makes waves, his entry has been building up for absolutely ages now so can only assume that one or more of the key characters will meet a grisly end in the finale.
Maybe you're right on Glenn - all does look a little rosy for him and Maggie right now. Him being captured with Michone probably doesn't bode well for him, but can't imagine they'll kill off another of Rick's women, this soon at least.
