A dribbling mess on the sauce
"I'm Spartac-- Negan."
I have a theory about Negan, following what Andrew Lincoln (the guy who plays Rick) said about the script for the finale.
The Savior's wanted a fair trade, and Maggie & Carol took that chance away from them, and killed everybody in sight instead.
Now, when Negan hears of this, he's going to want revenge and at least 1 of the group will die, I think that's a fair assumption most of us have accepted.
But what if Negan says to Rick - if you want to save the rest of your group, you are going to have to choose who I get to kill.
Or worse still - you have to kill someone in your group to save the rest?!
The guy who plays Rick, said that when he read the script he wanted to throw up, so I do think it's going to be different from the usual big character deaths we're used to.
And he's spent all season killing people who aren't members of his group with ease and without question, so maybe that's a sign too.
Aside from him returning to a ruthless killer - there have been clues that he's lost his humanity when it comes to outsiders, and maybe Negan forcing him to choose someone to kill, or forcing him to kill someone will affect him more in the long run.
If Rick kills one of his own then how can the group continue to trust him to be their leader? I know I wouldn't.
That's a good point - if he was forced to kill someone in the group, it could cause much more internal rifts and have a long term effect, much more than if Negan were to just kill someone by himself. And if Rick's group has killed most of Negan's men, Negan will know he's outnumbered and will have to do something different if he is to win. And something like that could leave Rick's group divided and vulnerable, and give Negan a better chance of taking his revenge in the end.
But i'm just speculating based on the what the actor's have said about the script, plus the polarities between Carol counting her kills, versus Rick killing almost without consciousness. There's certainly been an underlying theme regarding the humanity of those who are left.
Imagine Maggie is kidnapped again, and he threathens to kill her and her baby unless Rick kills one of his own group out in the open. rofl.
And then Glen offers himself up to save Maggie
And then Glen dies and Jesus start fecking Maggie
I think it's clear now that Glenn can't die.

yeah fecking quotas... being the only asian he is quite safe. The black folks though...
Spoken like a true serial killer.I'm not touching those spoilers but I'm going to anyway just in case there was a funny quip in there.
Liked that episode, Carol came into her own. She knew she was going to kill everyone and was going to hate doing it. Plus not even a sniff of Karl, win win. I was wondering what the feck the writers were doing introducing Morgan and his pacifism but now it all makes sense. At the end of the day what is humanity, is it worth holding on to?

I was about to post about how boring and filler the episode was until lezzer mk. 3 got the arrow in the face. That and the dick bite scene were hilarious.
I think I want to be in a zombie apocalypse after watching this. I'm smarter than all the characters in this (not hard), the women are gorgeous, and they have terrible standards. What's not to like?
ffs they really took the piss with that moment. This, exactly this. Especially the first line, I burst out laughing when the arrow went through her eye. I didnt even feel sorry for her because she was being dumb as feck, and standing out in the open ranting some BS. It really was a boring as feck episode until that moment. Then it became one of the funniest.
I hope Eugene doesnt have a nut allergy though.
Oh and Carol, leaving again, this time on her own? haha, where is she going to go? Probably be captured by the Saviours and then will need rescuing cos shes getting soft. Still, shes the best written character on the show.

Well when your competition consist of mostly zombies whose dick may have fallen off, you're king.I was about to post about how boring and filler the episode was until lezzer mk. 3 got the arrow in the face. That and the dick bite scene were hilarious.
