Television The Walking Dead

True but I was under the impression it was just a couple of weeks or something. Though looking at Judith you'd think it had been a lot longer. Then again, it seemed like they were just starting to explore the wider area around Alexandria.

It was only a couple of weeks I think - I thought it was a matter of months at first after seeing the kid, however Maggie mentions to Enid that for 'weeks' she was not helping with the rebuilding, or something like that.

Looks like Jesus is gonna be a main character then? Seems too polished a character to be a brief stint.

Watching episode 9.... You gotta love crazy Rick  Just whips out the axe and goes nuts
That's how they should probably end the show. Just get overrun by zombies and they all get killed and that's that... Any peaceful, happily ever ending is unrealistic, they inevitably all need to die, so they should just finish strongly whenever they do plan on ending.

Time jump or not, could you imagine how hard it would be to get the ride a few years after an apocalypses? take what ever female is going I say!
Judith you say?

Is stuff from the talking dead allowed to be posted? They said about the time jump:
They said it was a couple of months

That Deanna actually didn't look any different as a zombie.

Why is it that these people who we last see getting overrun by zombies reappear as zombies with no obvious wounds? I thought the point of zombies was that they eat you when they get you.

Very slow episode but I suppose it is to be expected after last week

With the Carl/Michonne and Rick/Michonne things looks like she's gonna be mummy figure now

God that was awful.

I might just start watching the first and last episodes of each half series now. skip the inbetween.

If you're prepared to wait 18 years  ..

The time jump had to be a couple of months, just take Carl's eye for example. He'd probably have been in some sort of a coma for a few weeks and then between getting up, moving around surely it would be at least 2 months.

The time jump was necessary imo. Didnt need to see Rick worrying over Carl like he did in s2 or the residents trying to rebuild the town. Best thing they did

The worst thing is that they know themselves that this was a terrible episode. Otherwise it made total sense for last weeks episode to be the midseason finale and then let the time jump happen naturally after the few months off.

They couldn't do that though because they knew this was way to weak to be the first one after the break. They're happy out for it to be filler in between though.

Yet more left wing propaganda. I bet Corbyn wrote that script.

Enid looks a bit sulky, but the who wouldn't with that name. Maybe a love triangle that will enrage Cheerio eaters between Mich, coral and Rick?

The first episode after the break should've been the last episode before the break. The time jump would've made more sense.

But I understand why they did it. No way was starting with this last episode as the first episode after the break going to be received well by people who complain of the slower parts of the series.

Every week I come in this thread hoping to see "YESS CORAL IS FINALLY DEAD" so I can start watching it again but every week I'm disappointed.

But it didn't explain how they were rid of all of the zombies, and especially the ones that were outside the walls (I know they were pouring in once the wall was breached).

They'll be preaching zombie tolerance next and banning the word "walker" in case it offends them. Several of the group will identify as zombies too.
Cis-zombies have rights too.

I come in this thread now and then to appreciate how well I did to escape this show. It's like a parody of the zombie genre yet done seriously. Bizarre show.

Anyone else suspect that
Jesus is actually Negan the whole time?

The way they were passing the baby scan picture around with everyone smiling, then it gets to Daryl who looks like he couldn't care less is how i'd react too.
Abraham is a very lucky bloke

Someone else has already been cast as Negan

if people were still giving a feck about this show, you would have been banned for that comment.

watching last week's episode I also thought that Jesus might be Negan but i discarded the theory watching last episode. Now I think Glen is going to die and Jesus will start doing Maggie.

'Yo Coral, I was 'bout to tell you 'bout me and Michonne but it just happened. Get it? It just happened. I just gave her the d, Coral.'

'yea dad its cool lol but i can't see you, please move to the other side'

Not sure casting news is allowed. People only tend to go barmy about spoilers in the GoT thread these days though.
Fair enough - I stumbled across it a while back so didn't really think it was a big spoiler. I'll delete the original post if necessary.

When Rick stabbed that bloke his blood poured out like it was water, which looked unnatural. Also I laughed when he stood up after stabbing that geezer, blood on his face and everyone staring at him and he just casually says "what?". Better than last week's episode, and next should be even better.
