But I still watch it every week. But with all it's flaws, at least this weeks episode was enjoyable, we'll get 5 or 6 shoddy episodes now till the finale.The Walking Dead was at its best during the first 3 episodes of season 5 with the cannibals subplot. That was proper horror/drama/thriller.
Stop over analyzing that opening scene. Daryl and his stealth bazooka laugh in the face of logic.
The Terminus bit? But after all the build up, it was over so quick when they got there.

I like that they semi-redeemed Dave Grohl before Carol shot him.

It was amusingly long wasn't it? Reminds me of that Stewart Lee sketch about Shitterton (and his own repetitive jokes) whereby at the start it's funny, then you think ok then this is going on a bit now but by the end it's hilarious again.
Im convinced the Writers sit around getting blazed and glugging down cough syrup before they do a script/storyboard for the next episode.

With all this debate about silent bazookas, I thought this might explain why they didn't hear the commotion between behind the lorry, why the didn't see anything though remains unclear
Given its called Walking Deaf, im gonna assume everybody struggles to hear cos they shoot so much? Which would be funny if they incorporated, but still wouldnt explain why the biker gang are deaf or dont have peripheral vision (given the dude wasnt laying directly behind the truck and out of sight)...

Yeah its pretty much that, lack of wearing hearing protection being in close range to loud gunshots on a constant basis has dulled the survivors' hearing senses. Many of the characters have had gunshots go off right next to the ears which would explain why they cannot hear properly. I think the biker gang would have also lost their hearing to an extent as I imagine they would have been in many gun battles also. Why they don't see their friend laying down behind the truck is still a mystery, only reason I can think of is that they are too busy looking at the front of the truck or have poor vision and can't get prescription glasses

One of the worst episodes ever this week. Just an hour of absolutely nothing of interest.

So they now have Jesus eh? The problem I have with this show, is that its meant to be character driven but I honestly dont give a shit about many if any of the characters. Daryl and Rick at times, Michonne when shes sword swinging and thats about it.

Slow ep but made sense after the chaos of recent episodes, I suppose if you were to watch all the episodes in succession rather than taking a huge break halfway between seasons then it would be ok. I hope the Jesus character shakes things up a bit, hopefully Enid is the next to go.

TBH, I didnt mind the episode. It was decent mostly cos of Rick and Daryl and the mysterious Jesus dude.

Was annoyed with the Rick/Michonne thing. I could tell something was up when she looked like she had makeup on for the first time. I really hate the ghey love stories and just want the killing to start again.

I was just speaking to my house mate about this today, he said he watched the entire series to date since Christmas break and when I asked him did he find X season boring or slow and he said he didn't notice because of watching them in quick succession. Lucky him, eh?
