A bit of a stretch. Are they moving towards that in places like Africa and S America, maybe.

Countries can increase trade with China, at the expense of the US, but the key it to not become dependent on them, or anyone, for that matter.

These lads are supposed to be all about meritocracy. Surely if they’re good enough, it doesn’t matter what sex or orientation they are?

If you’re against quotas, you need to be against bans or you’re an hypocrite. You can’t just bang the meritocracy drum until something crops up that makes you feel scared or confused and then merit goes out the window.

This is what gets me. All the talk about golden ages, invigorating new beginnings and this is the actual result. A fleeing away from all versions of human progress and a desire to harm and destroy. Every extremism cloaks destruction in the chase for utopias. This is no different. There's no desire to update or improve things, it's a deep, dark hole of ruin. Climate progress, health care, disease monitoring, scientific advancement ruined because....egg's too high, housing too expensive (but don't build more around me please NIMBY BS). And all this destruction is done along side their entire 4chan 8kun obsessed, culture war shit.

And there goes Google. They've been much more quiet than Meta, Twitter and Amazon so far so had a bit of hope at least they would put up a little bit of resistance.

Why is it that the Silicon Valley companies are now so far up his ass when 8 years ago they opposed him by the way? How did he manage to turn all of them like that?

He's doing what they want: the electricity generation for their artificial intelligence models. Stargate, etc. So they've thrown their capital and political capital in with him.
 
Trump's solidifying the corporate state and AGI seems to be the new space race. You don't want to be in the out group during the formation of the new oligarchy. That's my vague fag packet guess anyway.

But that can't be all, can it? They completely opposed him if my memory doesn't trick me, they will face huge resistance from their employees, target groups and other stakeholders and many of these policies would have been possible with the Dems in charge as well. Don't know, just seems to me as if there has to be more to it than just that.
 
What’s with the trend of people posting sketchy videos of empty doctor offices, supermarkets etc showing “illegals’ are scared of coming out and/or have already have been deported? It seems that they are trying to prove and vindicate that America were overrun with “illegals “ and America is better for this Order. MAGAs are weird as hell.

Another reason is that Trump guarantees a more robust and loud response to those pesky European commissioners who are so caught up in antitrust, consumer protection and privacy issues. Zuckerberg has literally gone on record saying he expects Trump to intervene so that the EU stops fining poor Meta and Google when they are in breach of European Union rules.
Who's gonna think of the tech billionaires?

Yeah, can't wait for that to happen. We have so many Elon Musk fans over here in Germany as well and I don't trust our soon to be chancelor Friedrich 'Blackrock' Merz to oppose that since he wouldn't have gotten his office without misinformation campaigns to begin with.

What's the best place for hermitage I wonder?

Had this discussion not too long ago with my neighbors. They would go Switzerland (not too far away from Munich to be fair) but I think a country like Norway or Finland may be better. Harsh climate, less dense population => more individual freedom.

Saw a video with Dr. Phil accompanying ICE while they re arresting someone in Chicago. Dude tries to do his usual judgy interviewing or attempt thereof. Regardless of whether the dude in question did anything wrong or not - this is the same Dr Phil who claimed to be non political when writing his BS books, attending the Madison Square fascist prom recently and now this.

Don't underestimate the damage clowns like him and Dr. Oz have caused in scrambling the minds of many at home watching the "scary world" out there through the lens of their TVs. I've met many who cling onto every word they say.

Any country in proximity to Munich is too close to Markus Söder and Uli Hoeneß for my liking. I believe quality of life increases proportionally to the distance you bring between yourself and those individuals (among a few others). Maybe we could found a new Rose Island at Point Nemo. Or we steal one of Elon's rockets and settle on Mars if he can't bring himself to it (which would probably be the preferable outcome).
 
As Trump does whatever he wants via executive order and the democrats do literally nothing, remember the Very Real senate parliamentarian said that democrats can't do good things. They really wanted to fulfill their campaign promises, they're just not allowed to because of the Rules. Oh well. Can't wait to vote in 4 years.
