This is a good thing and it's something the Pentagon has been asking for and it's why the multi-year guaranteed buys have become a thing since FY23.
It's getting to him. So easy to wind up, it's pathetic how his ego and need for attention and adoration and to be seen as intelligent or inportant just completely rules his entire life. There are some serious inferiority complex issues there.seems to me it's one step closet to skynet being under pentagon control or under musk/thiel control or under it's own control, and i guess for people who like the pentagon and musk/thiel, that's a good thing!

Biden has accomplished far more than any other president since Roosevelt. Silly to call Biden a puppet.
This was typical of the first Trump term: creating a lot of issues and fights that were only harmful.
Biggest example is US farmers got hurt badly and had to be bailed out by taxpayer dollars.

Well that's a different story. I was thinking more along the lines of him being a prick and imposing sanctions on Panama or extra tarrifs on Panamanian goods etc... If he went that route it would backfire seriously on the US consumers. But you're right, he probably could just go and take it without much resistance or reprisal, but surely that wouldn't go down well on the world stage?
Would it force Panama to reopen its relationship with China? Feck knows, just seems so utterly pointless and is extremely hypocritical when the US was so against Russia retaking Crimea and invading Ukraine. It's far from the same scenario, but the optics are the same.
I do wonder how he would plan to "take" the canal... Naval blockade? Send in Marine raiders? Send in JSOC operators?

Seriously? Claiming Biden has accomplished more than any president since Roosevelt is a joke. Even his own staff spent his entire term managing around his cognitive decline. The Wall Street Journal laid it all out—meetings kept short, advisers doing the heavy lifting, and every public appearance micromanaged to avoid embarrassing gaffes.
During big moments like the Afghanistan withdrawal, even top Democrats couldn’t get through to him. Instead, decisions were filtered through handlers while Biden stayed insulated from bad news, tough questions, or even accurate polling data. And let’s not forget that disastrous debate where he could barely string a sentence together, forcing his own party to replace him.
If that’s not the definition of a 'puppet presidency,' I don’t know what is. Whatever 'accomplishments' he has, it’s clear someone else was pulling the strings.
It’s really concerning that he thinks he can just trample on another country’s sovereignty and do whatever he wants. Usually, U.S. presidents at least go through the motions—letting the three letter agencies handle the dirty work behind the scenes.
But Trump? He doesn’t even bother with the 'proper' regime change playbook. It’s reckless, brazen, and completely unfiltered. Fooking hell!

The list of accomplishments is impressive, with many records broken. He‘s an old man and somehow accomplished more than anyone else since Roosevelt.

Using inflation in the same sense, I’m not so sure. We all now know that inflation was real. Dems had no clear counter to any of the populist statements Trump made. The voters voted against the existing government and to punish the party in power, which given the way American politics is set up, only meant Donald Trump could be president again.
How did Biden accomplish far more than, say, Lyndon B. Johnson?

It's so bizarre that you've got me agreeing with Sudesi on certain things which is no small achievement.
I live in the US, what is bizarre is he got so little credit for it. The media hasn‘t touted economic accomplishments and helped elect Trump.
Where Biden disappointed me is his support for Israel no matter what.
My point is that Trump is talking about the least important issues when people have bigger concerns. I’m not minimizing the issue of inflation.

Yeah, I saw it too. There are contradictions in the right-wing ecosystem. This is one of them. Another is pro-Israel warmongering and anti-war isolationism though usually we see these people uniting when push comes to shove anyway. Also, the kind of upbringing he's talking about has the other end of the spectrum which isn't talked about - "Kids must study 12 hours a day" type of parenting leads to a lot of adult depression, anxiety, inferiority complexes and trauma that has been confirmed in studies.
