The Trump Presidency | Biden Inaugurated

I loved Comey saying why he thought he was fired - said that based on what he has since heard Trump say in the media, that he felt that he was fired because of the Russia investigation.

Loved him saying "I take him at his word"!!

That will come back to haunt Trump!

Comey comes across as incredibly bright, totally in control of his thoughts and his environment and surprisingly sincere. Love the guy.

Seeing as he's recently lost his job, is there any chance we could borrow him to lead our Brexit negotiations?

Some sort of exchange deal for Farage with our cousins across the Atlantic would be ideal.

I find it so tasteless that the GOP senators are acting like defence attorneys in these open hearings.

Pox News are busy trying to distract viewers with funny videos of cats.

In the Oval Office right now Drumpf is chasing Reince around the room trying to get his phone back.

To distract him, they have probably put a piece of paper in front of trump with just three words printed on both sides #Please Turn Over#

He'll be there all day.

He does indeed.

He is in a different league to Trump with regard to intellect, awareness and understanding of how things work.

Can we borrow Obama whilst we're at it?

Wow...damning stuff. Basically admitting to Feinstein's question about shutting down an investigation.

 feck off

It's damming stuff but isn't Trump still going to survive this? From what I've read he still can't be deemed as obstructing justice, just deemed to be an absolute idiot.

Why are the Repubs so focused on pointing out that trump was not under investigation? Small victory.

Obstruction of justice is the issue here.

65% of the population is in a different league.
Fair point!

But as witnesses go, it's tough to imagine someone cooler and more composed than Comey. One of those "you don't get to be Director of the FBI without being able to handle yourself".

Republicans seem to want to drag out the Trump didn't "order" anything. Seem less concerned with the overall principle that the president shouldn't be interfering in an investigation.

He's basically saying he was speechless whenever Trump said anything to him. Don't get the love in for Comey in here.
