Jared Kushner added to the list of Trumpets registered to vote in 2 states.

Ultimately facts don't matter. It's a 'reason' to stop blacks and latinos voting and no one will block it.

Dems need to invest massively in helping such people pay whatever barriers in order to be able to vote.

Christ, she's actually making me miss Davey boy. Just a little bit.

I actually miss him a lot, but maybe because he was kept relatively reined in by Clegg for long periods of time and because compared to May he actually seemed human, albeit one who liked necrophilia bestiality, but human none the less. May has always been a feckwit, a terrible home secretary and an even worse PM. She's an odious creature, and how she slithered her way to PM is despicable, she really shouldn't be PM, nobody voted her to be either, but what choices did we have? Her, Gove or Boris. Feck me, and we take the piss out of the USA? It's seriously depressing both countries are in this situation, I just hope we both come through it and become stronger for it.

Cameron has ruined the country by massively cutting public services and giving 2 referedums that have torn the country apart instead of showing strength and stating what is right. May is picking up the pieces and trying to unite her party within the massive fallout from this. I think she's more genuine than Cameron.

You're right that NYC is so cosmopolitan it would be impossible to gain traction with Trump messaging.

My main point was the level of unity against him which seems indomitable in NYC. People from all backgrounds including those from old school American backgrounds seem so against him. Case on point I just left the museum of modern art: there is an impromptu speakers corner here with people speaking against him

It is the same in east coast blue states. People are vehemently anti Trump and even those who support him don't do it publicly because of the guilt shaming on social media and friends circle. Upstate NY and other rural parts are VASTLY different.

Due to principles my parents taught me, in a vicarage in northern England in which I was raised, I think May and Trump are cnuts.

May was a central component of Cameron's government: if she disagreed with his economic agenda then she did a fecking dire job in trying to clean up his mess from within. May's more of an interventionist, granted, but I don't see why anyone opposed to the cutting of public services would join the Tories. Small government, and thus less public services, is one of the most basic aspects of their party.

Her speech to Trump strikes me as nothing more than pandering. At this rate Blair/Bush will look like a bitter rivalry compared to May/Trump.

McCain can't even stand up for himself, let alone others. He's been all talk no walk for a good while now.

Sadly true when he voted for Tillerson. Cant see him voting for lifting sanctions though, with the things he's said about Putin.

Press. Sec will become the poison chalice with everyone getting fired after relentless ridicule for the BS that comes out of it.

The equivalent to being Hand of the King to Aerys Targaryen.

I honestly can't believe he has posted his password TWICE in two days. What a fecking tool. That's some tight security in the Trump team.

They are making it up as they along.

You would expect Trump to be like this, but whats the excuse for these establishment guys like Spencer and Priebus who have been involved in politics for years and years.

Hopefully senators like McCain, Graham and a couple others stick to their guns if it reaches the senate. Can see it getting through the house of reps.
Considering the unwavering stand they took against Tillerson, I have full confidence in them.

This must be what Trump was talking about when he said his 10 year old son understood the cyber

I'll be surprised if he makes it through the whole term. A 50% disapproval rating during his inauguration. That's such a high number. W was not a popular president but he had less than 20%. That's half the country disatisfied and he's only opened his mouth once at that point to make one speech as president.

He'll resign due to a scandal, because of such massive continous protests or he'll die in office.

I don't see it. He has surrounded himself with his own sycopants and the people who voted for him, they adore him.

He lost the popularity vote. Everyone that didn't vote for him disapproves of him. His approval rating is around 40%.

Bush lost the popularity vote as well. His approval rating was higher than Trumps though but his disapproval rating was little under 20%.

Disapproval rating isn't just measured by people that voted.

I don't disagree with any of that. But it's the electoral votes that mattered. There's a good chance that Dems and Independents see the clusterfeck that's happening and vote in mass in 2018 and 2020 elections. Maybe post 2018, his position will become untenable, but I doubt he's going anytime before, bad rating or not.

If people start to continously protest en masse then the electoral vote is going to change. I'm sure most of the Republicans would rather have Pence than Trump at the helm. After all, he's representing their party.

Let's agree to disagree on this. Interesting how this will play out of course.
