Which is a self-preservation position to take. By starting doing so, it can be used from the government to treat social media with different sets of laws (same as newspapers and TVs) which can result in Facebook being destroyed (every cnut has an opinion on Facebook, so how do you start moderating all of that).In criticism of twitter fact checking Trump

Sure, if the gov starts regulating social media, the social media are screwed. I don't think that Zuck would want Trump to win against Biden though. Obviously, Bernie and especially Warren were different, considering that Warren wants to break Facebook and some other tech companies.

Yeah, there are employers who are not happy with Zuckerberg's decisions. That doesn't make Zuckerberg pro-Trump, neither those employers think that Zuckerberg is a Trump supporter. Just that they agree with this political position of Zuckerberg (which by all means, is a very neutral position).

While I agree that a neutral position doesn't make him look nice, I also think that him not putting Facebook in all sorts of trouble does not make him a Trump supporter. He is thinking for his company.
He also gets attacked from right-wing (both people and politicians). He got roasted in the senate from GOP, for example, with the accusation being that Facebook is very liberal and censors the conservative views. It seems that both sides see what they want to see, and are taking a neutral position for an opposite position.

I am wondering what will happen when he loses the election in November. Is he just gonna give up, or encourage vigilante groups (and parts of police/military that might be loyal to him) to do a coup d'etat. Even a few months ago, this proposition looked ridiculous, but I am not sure this is the same anymore.

I found that whole sequence bizarre and particularly unsafe for him though. They quickly cleared an area then allowed him to walk across the park to a building overlooked by plenty of others. At one point the CNN reporter was stood above him before the secret service came up to the roof top. Usually you'd plan something so overt like that meticulously, comb the area with security staff and a search team then gradually move in. Just felt rushed and sloppy you know?
Trump is the gasoline being thrown on a steady burning fire, but what we are witnessing is the polish and facade that's been cloaked around the US through its chest beating of "liberty and freedom" act its done over the years being unraveled and its civilians who oppose the way it's run getting a taste of its own foreign policies being conducted on home soil for the entire world to see.

You'd have to be a longshot markmen to get him. Would take someone with training as a sniper but likely impossible to get a distance with greatest odds as secret service would be everywhere scouting locations and all. The biggest problem with him being killed is he'd become a martyr and would likely kick of a legit civil war, or at least a pockets of skirmishes as the 2A types and Trump asslickers run to the streets to battle the protestors.
They should use some bleach for the smell. Very potent bleach, the best of all bleaches.
