I'd expect something like this in every foreword. No one wants to read her politically adjusted stuff, they want the real stories. That doesn't tell you anything about the content though. The more important question is whether she is doing this for the money or for political reasons.

CNN is a pathetic organisation. A part of me almost agrees with Trump that they're "fake news" because in their chase for viewers, they treat news as sports and give time to absolute idiots so that others can get worked up by how stupid they are. It's pointless.

It's not hard. The apolitical average Joe won't come out of Anderson show thinking the Trumpkin was 'destroyed', 'eviscerated'. He sees two sides screaming at each other and in the process, dangerous ideas and blatant untruths get legitimised.
Problem is the charlatan is the president of united states.
As much as there's dramatization in the news itself most of the sources are actual live comment from the potus himself. It's not a fake narative created by the media.
Most of the baffling quotes are actually quoted from the potus.
No, 'panelists' like Kayleigh McEnany and Jeffrey Lord, or Corey Lewandowski have no business being on a legitimate news channel. Their only job is to perpetuate falsehoods and defending the charlatan in chief 24/7.
Just because Trump knocks CNN doesn't mean they are not shite. Jeff Zucker is his buddy and the network aggressively promoted his run at the beginning, even more so than Fox News.

My personal favourite is the faking of the Muslim protest in London after the second terrorist attack a few months ago. You have to ask yourself: what agenda are CNN trying to promote here, and why? Just report the damn news, that's all we ask.

Now, I agree that some of the examples above aren't a big deal in the whole scheme of things, but it's a problem I think that needs to be addressed. CNN, and others, are rabid in their fanaticism with Trump and have been proven to have stooped to several lows to try blacken his name. We will, if not already, enter a 'Boy who cried wolf' phase where their reporting goes unnoticed just when a Trump scandal actually does deserve mass coverage. Reporting on how many scoops of ice cream he gets in the White House, how he eats his fried chicken on Air Force One etc... it's all rather odd and comes across rather infatuated, to be perfectly honest.
We certainly have a 24-hour news cycle problem (many of us here are football fans and we tired of Sky Sports News rehashing the same stories and over-analysing things to death years ago). We have an alarmist problem. We certainly have a sensationalist problem. How far down the rabbit hole as we going to go before we, as a society, decide we have enough?
Cutting people short isn't the same as fake.
Fake imho is when you fabricated a lie, a totally created stories out of nothing.
Bias reporting isn't the same as fake, we're all biased towards something in our life, that doesn't mean everyone of us is fake

CNN are great. Been watching since the early 80s. They have a long tradition of giving both sides of the debate a voice with shows like Crossfire, Evans&Novak, and more recently the evening townhalls. The fact that a demagogue like Trump hates them the most is a great sign that they are doing their job.
