What is this noise about Walker, then?

City offering market wages starting to get to him? Will be the first of many. Fully automated sprinkler coverage, VR tours and a NHL franchise will only take you so far.

At the end of the day paying 50% of what comparable players are making at other teams won't be enough.

United fans are much better than Spurs. Enjoy your new life in Wembley where you couldn't even beat fecking Genk.

Relax dude, I know it's tough when you love your club and things don't go your way. I'm guilty of overreacting myself so I emphasise. I have a recent ban for exactly that.

What happened there?

21 goals and 11 assists for Alli this season. Must be one of the best young talents in world football.

Still a head scratcher to think some people on this forum.didnt really rate him.

Knock yourself out Spurs fans, this little run of form is lovely, but is just cementing the maximum achievement outside of the title which is Champs league qualification.
Until something is won, the crowing should be kept to a minimum

Last year 3rd, this year 2nd, next year...Nah, won't happen (if United and City strengthen as expected).

Are there still any Spurs doubters. They have finally turned that corner

They've got a great squad, they've got a great manager and they've been consistent for two years running now. Move is not ideal, but they have the quality to adjust

They've got a really firing first team, but i'm not sure you'd say squad.

If they had the equivalent injuries to us today, and say take out their best performing centre back, Alli and Kane, then it wouldn't look too strong at all

Does anyone think differently after the game today than before?
Surely winning something is the ultimate barrier they need to break.

We have had a ton of injuries this season to key players

feck, those are crazy numbers.

Some still don't rate him like the don't rate Kane. Bizarre really.

Spurs have been the best team in the country for 2 seasons now, how they've come away empty handed (assuming Chelsea don't capitulate) has to be the worry though - will they manage to maintain their superiority over the other "big teams" next season? Wonder if they've missed out on their time to shine, next season will be interesting for many teams.

Like we did last summer?

Well, I wasn't impressed with making a 35 y.o. the main man in our attack. He scored goals. But missed even more. Next season we'll have a better attack. Of that I'm sure.

Tied their best season ever with 77 points.

I hope they keep their players, to be honest. It's a good team they've built.

Still doesn't change the fact that everyone thought we'd be challenging with our signings does it?

We're missing a first choice center back and our best three attacking players. Take that out of any team in the world and they wouldn't look too strong so I don't think it's a fair comparison.

Most on here were always calling them bottlers me included and typical Spurs. That is not happening any more

With home games at Wembley?

I am concerned about Wembley next season but I think it may be bit overblown tbh.

Most of the games during that period came during a time when our form was also not great in the league. Teams were also very efficient (Monaco scored from 2 in 2, And while

And things do change from season on season anyway. Our away form hasn't been amazing this season (though we go up to 4th if we win our next one) but we gained more than half our points away last season.

We'll have to see I guess.

Spurs fans must have been cursing their luck... Just when it all click they lose the title to super Mario eating stars.

Any other normal season they'd probably nicked it.

Leicester last season was a perfect storm where gods of football had decided that they would pick a surprise winner, and they meet the perfect first season chelsea this year.
