Cardiff City Transfer News
Cardiff City are delighted to announce the signings of Jack Grealish and Roony Bardghji from Milton Keynes Dons in exchange for Jonathan David and Robin Le Normand.
Jonathan David was first signed on a youth contract in September 2018 and was approaching his 5th year at the club. A talented striker, David has always had the faith of his manager whose belief in him has been unwavering as he has developed into the top quality forward he is today. Two footed, hardworking and a superb mentality have seen him rise through the ranks as he approaches his peak years.
However, with Cody Gakpo increasingly showing signs of developing into a centre forward, Alejo Veliz and Fabio Silva on the cusp of breakout seasons and of course the clinical Callum Wilson deputising superbly a decision had to be made as to who would be trusted as the longer term CF at the club: David or Gakpo. With Gakpo having been closely monitored since the age of 17 it was felt that his ceiling would exceed that of David’s and so exchanges were considered for world class players.
Enter Grealish. The mercurial talent has arguably gone up a level this year and looks to be finally fulfilling his outstanding potential. A uniquely talented ball carrier and dribbler it is thought he will elevate the Cardiff City forward line and with his press resistance and composure as well as his creativity. Milton Keynes Dons were open to offers and David was suggested as a potential exchange with Robin Le Normand (bought from MK Dons in May 2022).
Concerned with losing two excellent players with more development in them Cardiff also looked to have included highly rated youngster Roony Bardghji whom they have high hopes will go onto be a world class player himself.
On top of this an agreement was reached for MK to end their interest in Pascal Gross whose versatility was seen as a huge asset for the Cardiff squad to secure.

Anyone else has problem accessing the game? The app was glitching and I uninstalled it, but can't seem to install it now on Android. When I try logging in PC it just throws a 500 error.

I think the problem started when I was logging in from my PC yesterday. It asked to load a data pack and I am not sure what I exactly did. Did I mess up something? Has anyone seen that before?

Brilliant. It wasn't showing for me at first either, but I just looked at my installed apps on the play store and there was a link to it there. Shame they have it so hidden, probably so they can make an excuse to get rid of support for SM Worlds completely down the line.

Also very well done on the "this is our year" table. That must not have been an easy stat to do as it clearly changes a lot of results.
Made slightly easier by me having entered the Shots and SoT in the original table as #+#+# for each matchday so just had to copy them and convert the numbers. So with me for example, these were the original SoT for and against:
=7+6+3+7+4+5+6+4+6+6+6+6
=4+4+6+2+3+1+0+3+5+3+2+3
after converting:
=2+2+1+2+1+2+2+1+2+2+2+2
=1+1+2+0+1+0+0+1+2+1+0+1
then can kinda see easily which ones were 'wins', 'draws' and 'losses' by looking down, so first result would be a 2:1 win (and actually was), second would have been 2:1 win but I lost 2:1.
