Gaming The SM RedCafe League

Which adblocker? Only ad I can see on new UI is the one for single player with the five star review from The Sun

Not a separate software but Kaspersky does it for me with its anti banner/ad option selected. Never get an ad on any other website.

ah okay, strange. I just use adblock plus for firefox and works fine. I have it disabled for the caf but doesn't matter as because I've got over 20k posts i can't see any ads anyway

YOUTH TABLE UPDATE:

I've gone through all of the players and worked out any differences in ratings / date of birth so all of the data is now accurate to 1st December. I'll update the images in a bit. No change in the top 6, all the other clubs have had position changes, two clubs have fallen out of the top 15.

Yep, just need to forbid RS from ever leaving.

Him, @MJJ and Ben need to have a word with themselves tbh. I said as much to Ben via PM in SM today.

We play this to play with each other, that's where the fun is. Is there 1 person in this entire GW that joined this game to have the ultimate football simulation experience? If so, Football Manager is the way to go in terms of what is available in the market today, not this.

I can understand the frustrations with the game but the solution is to try and get as many things sorted as possible. Not to quit.

Jesus christ, I am responding to so many people on the FF that RS has already responded to Damo's post and that too 6mins back.

 I have it under control, but am hardly spending any time playing sm or even scouting players. Have no idea how my youngsters have been doing this year.

To be fair Varun. You have the 2nd best Stadium in the game, I make a huge loss each week. You need to take the blinkers off and understand how frustrating this game is from the perspective of the minions. Honestly I think you and Damien really forget just how hard it is at times to be a small club.

/shakes fist.

I do give the game time but yeah, stopped scouting players a long time ago when FFP was announced. More than happy with what I have.

Look at the team you have, you're far from a minion in the game RS. You'd be fecked if you started now with Nottingham but you haven't. The advantage with starting early is you dont have to face the challenge the other new managers have to. Do you think Ben would pick Darlington now when people are totally clued up to the game? Ofcourse, me being Arsenal means I dont have to face them either, have I claimed otherwise?

It isnt about being blinkered at all btw, if you've read what I actually posted, you'd see that its more about accepting the game for what it is and trying to get it sorted as much as possible. Blinkered would be if I said everything about it is perfect. I understand the problems that are there but I don't see how quitting is ever the solution. The solution for me is to try and get as many things fixed as possible. Will quitting SM make it more enjoyable for you? I doubt the frustrations over a game is something that'd bother your daily life either so why not try and get it as good as possible and play on?

His problem is that he is the only one competing with damien, the rest of us have long accepted that damien has an insane advantage over everyone else.
