Vela is 91, a rating Fekir might never reach and an immediate improvement. Which is why it's tempting.
I reckon Fekir will reach 90 by the winter review. Didn't realise he was last reviewed in March which explains why he didn't rise in the end of season one.
Second league was started a lot later after the first league was started. Allows ne members to join and create better teams with probably good players. also, there is a squad limit of 35.
