Age Table is such:

18 0.6
19 0.5
20 0.4
21 0.3
22 0.2
23 0.1
24 0
25 0
26 -0.1
27 -0.2
28 -0.3

So the rating system begins to punish players aged 26 or above. So you'd take the rating score i.e. 88 = 2.5 and then add the age score onto it. So a 20 year old 88 rated player gives you a score of 2.9
