For those not sure about whether to sign Perica or not, I bring you this:
Someone do an average rating for all players over 90 for a few teams. That'd decide the average rating for a very good team.
Ie one club has 9 players rated 90+, another could have 8 but have 2 very good players. Average of that team over 90 could be 90, while another could be 91....

It's a flawed system though because what if those squads have players rated 30+ and rated 90+? What about the youth potential? It's difficult to gauge the quality really. I should increase that system I had for youth players as that's a better way of deducing a squads balance.

This system is still fun though for highlighting how a particular team is doing in comparison to their first team strength... hehe
It doesn't count for the amount of players they have in their squad either. They might have loads of 90 rated players in their squad while another team might have 3 91 players and that team would be rated higher
I hate you. I've decided to stop at 28 years old for now... I've only done two teams but currently City are outclassing Arsenal hugely.

Well congratulations, you're destroying everyone else using this system. Results might be a little different if I included 29+ years old.
If anyone wants their squad adding to the list let me know. I'll add a few more of the older players on there, but it does take about 4mins per team.
Most likely as loads of Arsenal's players are old fogies. Cheers for doing the teams so far though, much appreciated.
