I was arguing in favor of 40 players, I'l be lucky to get 25. Cash + team worth less than 200mil.
My squad + 50m is worth 191m.
It's usually after the first league game. You'd be better of doing player exchanges.
I'm keeping Shaw, Chambers, Ward-Prowse and a back-up GK and then I have Januzaj too for the season.

Yes. If you loan him you can, but if he was already on loan at the start, then you might not be able to.
